- Abstract
- We have succeeded in asymmetrical synthesis of isoquinolinone using palladium catalysts. isoquinolinone and its derivatives are one of the most popular molecules in organic chemistry because it is bioactive and is found in natural substances. The product is synthesized by the intermolecular reactions of tosyl amides substrates and dienes. It has the advantage of synthesizing complex materials with simple starting materials. Since the starting material is commercially available, it has the advantage of being synthesized from various materials. It also has the advantage of being able to synthesize isoquinolinone scaffold directly with a one-step reaction.
