dc.description.abstract티타니아(TiO2) 미립자의 생성에 관한 화학적, 물리적 특성을 이해하고 미립자의 생성과 성장을 통한 최종 티타니아 미립자의 크기를 제어하기 위하여 Ti(OC2H5)4를 가수분해시켰다. Ti(OC2H5)4의 가수분해로 생성되는 TiO2 미립자는 가수분해 반응과 중합 반응의 두 단계로 이루어져 있으며, TiO2생성에 대한 전체 반응은 Ti(OC2H5)4에 대해 2차 반응, H2O에 대해 4차 반응이었다. H2O와 Ti(OC2H5)4의 몰비가 3 근방에서 단분산된 티타니아 미립자를 얻을 수 있었으며, 분산제인 HPC의 첨가로 입도 분포가 매우 좁은 구상 미립자를 얻을 수 있었고, 입자간의 응집을 막을 수 있었다. XRD분석으로부터 가수분해 반응으로 생성된 티타니아 미립자는 무정형이며, 800℃에서 2hr 소성한 결과 tetragonal 구조의 루틸형 TiO2를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, DT-TGA 분석으로부터 생성된 TiO2XH2O의 X값은 약 0.86이었다. To understand chemical and physical properties of fine titania articles, and to control diameter of the resulting fine particles, the hydrolysis of Ti(OC2H5)4 was carried out. In obtaining fine TiO2 particles from Ti(OC2H5)4 consisted of two reaction steps: hydrolysis and polycondensation. The overall reaction was a second order with respect to the Ti(OC2H5)4 concentration and a fourth order with the H2O concentration. Monodispersed fine titania particles were produced when the mole ratio of H2O and Ti(OC2H5)4 was 3. During the reaction, aggregation was prevented by adding HPC, which is an dispersing agent. The result showed that spherical TiO2 particles with a narrow particle size distribution were obtained. From the XRD data it was concluded that the titania prepared by hydrolysis reaction was amorphous, and rutile TiO2, which was obtained by calcination at 800 ℃ for 2 h, had tetragonal structures. Using DT-TGA data analysis an approximate value of X of TiO2XH2O was obtained.en_US
