중소기업의 e-비즈니스 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 반월 및 시화 국가 산업 단지 중소기업의 e-비지니스 현황 및 실태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 중소기업의 e-비지니스를 활성화하기 위한 지원 방안을 연구하는 것이다. 반월 및 시화 국가 산업 단지의 중소기업을 대상으로 설문지를 통해서 중소기업의 e-비지니스 현황과 실태를 분석하였다. 중소기업의 e-비지니스 현황 및 실태는 추진 환경, 활용 분야, 도입 효과, 향후 추진 분야, 애로 요인, 지원 항목 등의 측면에서 분석하였다. 이 같은 실증적인 분석 결과를 토대로 중소기업의 e-비지니스를 활성화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 e-비지니스를 활성화하기 지원 방안을 e-비지니스 정보 제공 방안, e-비지니스 교육 및 인력 양성 방안, e-비지니스 컨설팅 제공 방안, e-비지니스 인프라 구축 및 예산 지원 방안 등 네 가지 측면을 나누어서 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of e-business of small and medium sized firms located in Banwol and Shiwha National Industrial Complex. The current status of e-business of small and medium sized firms is investigated in terms of e-business environment, e-business applications, benefits of adopting e-business, future applications of e-business, bottlenecks of adopting e-business, and support of adopting e-business. Based on the empirical results of current status of e-business of small and medium sized firms, this study tries to develop the support policy to facilitate the e-business of small and medium sized firm. In order to facilitate the e-business, the small and medium sized firms need four types of support: support for the information related to e-business, support for the training and education related to e-business, support for the consulting of e-business, and support for developing e-business infrastructure and for e-business budget.
