| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 일반적으로 클린룸 시스템등에 서 사용되는 여러개의 BLDC모터를 장착한 Fan Unit 를 산업용 네트워크인 DeviceNet올 이용하여 버스형태 인 2Line으로 제어기에서 제어하고 또한 Local에서 발 생되는 상황을 모니터링 하는 방식에 대한 것이다. 클린 룸등에서 사용되는 Fan은 대부분 100여개 이상 사용되 므로 Controller Area Network(CAM) 기반인 DeviceNet으로 아주 효율적으로 제어가 가능하며 본 논문에서는 이를 실험을 통하여 제시하였다. | en_US |
