공기연장 실태조사를 통한 발주자중심 공기지연 리스크 대응방안

Abstract

There are still so many uncertain factors in the construction project related to the ground conditions, the circumstances of a construction site and surrounding by the multistage labor and custom-built production in construction works. Thus, these factors frequently cause the construction to delay and construction period has to be very often adjusted. This study classifies the factors which cause the construction to delay during construction of apartment houses. According to this classification, the frequency of occurrence of factors in the actual construction site are analyzed and the time extension period is identified. Also it presents risk response development of construction delay not to occur the factors in future projects.
