휴대폰의 부분과 조합형 선호도의 상관관계 분석에 관한 연구 -부분적인 LCD형태, KEYPAD형태, OUTLINE형태를 중심으로-

Abstract

1984년 우리나라에 최초로 휴대폰이 개시된 이후 경쟁도입, 사업자간 합병 등 수 차례의 환경변화를 거듭한 결과 휴대전화 소유자 수가 2003년 현재 약 3,000만 명을 넘고 있다. 즉, 10명중 6.4명은 휴대전화를 사용하고 있다는 것이다. 이는 우리나라 전체인구의 절반이 넘는 사람이 휴대폰을 이용하고 있다는 수치로써 우리사회에 없어서는 안 될 필수적인 서비스로 자리 잡았다는 것을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 휴대폰의 부분적인 LCD형태, KEYPAD형태, OUTLINE형태의 선호도와 조합형 선호도의 상관관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 실험은 샘플 이미지 9개를 LCD부분, KEYPAD부분, OUTLINE부분으로 나누어 7문항의 설문을 진행하였으며 각 부문에 대한 선호도와 조합형을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결론은 아래와 같이 요약될 수 있다. 휴대폰의 부분적인 선호도와 조합형과의 상관관계는 분석결과 피험자가 선택한 휴대폰의 LCD 형태, KEYPAD형태, OUTLINE형태, 각각의 선호도는 조합형의 선호도와 몇몇 부분이 다르지만 주로 높은 순위와 낮은 순위는 비슷한 결과로 나타났다. 이는 20대의 소비자들이 휴대폰의 선호도를 측정하는데 자신이 가장 선호하는 부분과 가장 선호하지 않는 부분은 정확하게 기억하고 있다는 점이다. 또한 부분적인 요소가 아무리 눈에 띄는 특성이 있더라도 제품의 전체적인 조화가 균형 잡혀있지 않다면 선호도 선정에 있어 많은 영향을 주고 있을 알 수 있었다. The study has an ultimate goal of analyzing the correlation between cell-phone view ti me and preference of consumers . In Test 1, the 9 sample images were divided into LCD part, Keypad part, and Outline part. Total of 9 questions were given to the testes and the result showed preference and composition of each part. The correlation between partial preference and composition of the cell-phones was analyzed the result shows that the preference of the testes on LCD, Keypad, and Outline is partially different from the preference of composition but the ranks were similar. This tells us that consumers in the 20s exactly remember the most preferred part and the least preferred part. Also, even through the partial elements have unique features, they can`t really affect the preference of the consumers if the composition of the elements are not balanced .
