dc.description.abstractAn economic analysis is one of the most important factor to determine the project feasibility. In some mega projects, however, it is not unique factor to make a Go or No-Go decision because of overriding an economic aspect by some project indirect factors such as political, social, environmental, and technical factors, etc. The purpose of this study is to investigate the economical effects of supertall buildings through application of optimum structural system and materials. Analytical results shows that economical effects of RC structures used high strength concrete in supertall buildings can be achieved.en_US
