The cafes have their own unique differentiation, attracting customers, and expanding the range of cafes to suit consumer tastes. We want to analyze the visual environmental factors of the café street, which are important factors in choosing a café, which can affect visual preferences. The method of study was conducted through theoretical examination and case studies, and the framework of the analysis was organized by deriving visual environmental factors through prior research. The survey was conducted by selecting the famous café streets in Seoul, and the conclusions of the analysis are as follows. First, the shape and lighting of the building was the visual preference characteristic of the high visual quality of the environmental elements that can be visually beautiful or interesting, due to the design of the building façade and the lighting. Second, landscaping and surroundings are important materials that create a sense of interest and interest to attract the attention of people passing through the café streets.
