| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 리더의 긍정적 행동인 진성리더십이 직무소명의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이와 더불어 초월리더십이 진성리더십과 직무소명의식과의 관계에서 조절효과를 분석하는데 있다. 연구결과, 상사의 진성리더십은 부하직원의 직무소명의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다, 또한, 초월리더십은 상사의 진성리더십과 부하직원의 직무소명의식의 관계에서 조절효과가 발생한다는 점을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. | - |
