dc.description.abstractA view level of apartment buildings in urban areas plays a great role to determine not only the amenity for the residents but house price. The current methods to evaluate the view ratios of households on different floors frequently do not take different view levels due to different view points in each households into account. The purpose of the paper was to suggest an improved method to classify view levels of apartment buildings by considering the horizontal and vertical view angles of residents.en_US
