dc.description.abstract | Suppliers are the source of goods, services, competence, capacity and cost. Supplier relationship management (SRM) provides the holistic approach needed to maximize the suppliers’ value to the enterprise. SRM holds the promise of cutting the costs of goods and services, managing supplier relationships and boosting profits. This paper presents a case study of applying supplier relationship management to system integration(SI) industry. It provides to (1) the description of a general concept of SRM in SI industry, (2) the proposition of a SRM process and its key performance indicator(KPI), and (3) the presentation of present a developed BNS(Business Networking System) for SRM. | en_US |
