청각장애아동의 집단미술치료를 통한 사회적 상호작용의 효과

Abstract

본 연구는 청각장애아동의 집단미술치료 사례논문으로 청각장애아동의 사회ㆍ정서발달에 미치는 효과를 바탕으로 한 미술치료 활동이 또래와의 사회적 상호작용에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 청각장애유치원에 재학 중인 5세 아동 3명이며 집단미술치료가 전, 후에 청각장애아동의 사회ㆍ정서발달평정척도 검사를 실시하여 사회적 상호작용의 효과를 비교하였다. 그리고 회기별 아동의 행동을 분석하고 미술활동 및 그림의 변화를 분석하였다. 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 전반에 걸친 변화를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 초기에는 개인의 욕구를 공격적으로 표현을 하고 미술치료활동에 참여하는 시간과 집중하는 시간이 아주 짧았다. 중기로 넘어가면서 자신의 욕구를 자제하고 타인의 의사를 존중하며 미술치료활동에 참여하는 시간이 점차적으로 길어졌다. 또한 다른 구성원과 긍정적인 말로써 타협하고 다른 구성원에 대한 배려하는 모습이 관찰되었으며, 미술치료 활동에 참여하는 태도에서도 자발적으로 참여하려는 성향이 나타났다. 또한 개인이 긍정적 지지가 많아졌으며, 그룹구성원이 공동으로 하는 작품의 완성도도 높아졌다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 청각장애아동을 대상으로 실시한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 청각장애아동의 사회ㆍ정서발달향상에 효과적인 것으로 보인다. 결과적으로 집단미술 프로그램을 바탕으로한 미술치료 활동이 청각장애아동에게 미치는 긍정적 상호작용의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다.; This Study is the case study of the group art therapy of the hearing-impaired. The purpose of the study is to see The effect of group art therapy which affects to social-emotional development on the peer social interaction. The subjects are the 3 kindergarten children of 5 years old of the school for the hearing-impaired. The researcher compared with effect on social-emotional development by the Social-emotional Development Scale between pre and post group art therapy of the hearing-impaired. And the researcher analysed the children's behavior and the change of the activity of art therapy. The change of the group art therapy program are as follows. In early stage the researcher observed that subjects expressed aggressively their personal desire. their activity attention span was short. In the later stage they suppressed their desire and respect others' opinion and their activity attention span became longer gradually. And they negotiated with other members by positive verbal expression and considered one another. They tried to attend the activity spontaneously. And they've got to have much positive support and their in-depth art became higher. In summary of result of the study, the group art therapy of the hearing-impaired were effective on the social-emotional development. And the activities of group art therapy effect on the positive interactive change of the hearing-impaired.
