창의성 개발에 기반을 둔 음악교육용 모형제작 및 도구 활용 연구

Abstract

창의적인 사고는 정보를 획득하고 종합하고 분석하는 지적활동의 하나로서 자원이 부족한 우리나라 미래의 국가경쟁력을 가늠하는 지표가 될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 교육은 전인적 인간형성에 중점을 두고 있으며 그 중에서도 미래사회에 가장 필요한 것은 창의성이라고 할 수 있다. 창의성 중심의 음악교육에서는 자유로운 자기표현을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서도 음악교육용 모형제작을 통하여 학습자 스스로가 자유로운 사고를 통하여 자기표현을 할 수 있도록 하였으며 표현 결과 보다는 표현 과정을 중요시하였다. 본 연구의 내용은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 창의성 이론에 대한 문헌연구를 통하여 음악교육과의 연관성을 제시하였다. 둘째, 소리의 원리를 파악하고 소리가 만들어지는 과정과 함께 구동이란 개념을 도입하였고, 몇 번의 구동으로 소리를 얻을 수 있는지 과학적 사고와 확산적 사고를 유도하여 창의성을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 음악교육용 모형제작은 소리의 원리와 구동의 원리를 파악하기 위한 작업이며 이 연구를 통하여 세 가지의 모형제작을 완성하였다. 이것은 리듬합주에서 악기의 역할보다는 효과음 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였고, 완성된 모형은 사진으로 제시하였다. 넷째, 생활 주변에서 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 도구들을 재구성하여 리듬악기로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 다섯째, 초등학교 5학년 교과서에 수록된 노래를 리듬합주로 연주하는데, 기존에 사용되어왔던 악기들과 완성된 세 가지 모형, 리듬악기로 재구성된 도구들을 활용하여 소리의 어울림과 조화로움을 학습자가 직접 체험할 수 있도록 하였다. 창의성은 가르침에 의해서가 아니고 학습자 스스로가 발견할 수 있도록 교사는 이끌어주어야 한다. 이러한 점에서 음악교육용 모형제작과 도구의 활용 방안은 학습자가 스스로 체험할 수 있는 창의적인 성취과정을 제공한다고 본다.; Creative thinking is one of the intellectual activities that acquires, synthesizes, and analyzes information. It is anticipated to be an indicator of future nation's competence. Therefore, what should be focused on in the near future is the education for the whole person, and creativity is the most important factor of it. In musical education that emphasizes on creativity, the ability to express oneself freely is essential. In this research, a subject could express his/herself by liberal thinking through a model for musical education and the process of the self-expression was taken into account rather the result of it. This research can be summarized as below. First of all, through a literature study about creativity theory, a relationship with musical education was presented. Second, the theory of sound was understood, and in the process of how sound is made, the concept of 'drive‘ was introduced. Through inducing the scientific consideration and spreading consideration, to improve creativity, I made to know that how many drives can get the sound. Third, the model for musical education was a job for understanding the theory of sound and 'drive‘. Through this study, three kinds of models were made. That acts like a side sound, rather than a musical instrument, and the completed model is showed in a picture I present. Fourth, the instrument that are found easily in everyday life was re-designed so that they could be used as rhythmical instrument. Finally, the songs in the textbook for the fifth graders are played in rhythmical ensemble. The instrument that was used before, the three completed models and the instrument that are re-designed as rhythmical instrument were applied for a student to feel the harmony of the sounds by oneself. Creativity is not something that should be taught. It should be found by the student with the help from the teacher. Seen in this way, a model for musical education and implication of the instrument offer the student an opportunity to experience the creative achievement by oneself.
