재건축 집합주택단지에 있어서 경관요소 평가에 관한 연구

Abstract

아파트는 우리나라의 대표적인 주택유형으로 자리 잡았고 주거지역의 70% 이상을 점유하고 있다. 분양가 자율화 이후 각 건설회사에서는 소비자의 요구가 다양화되고 업체간 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 거주민을 고려한 단지경관 조성에 많은 비용과 시간을 할애하고 있다. 경관이라는 현상은 계획이나 디자인, 행정의 관여와 관계없이 자연 안에서의 인간의 삶의 영위와 결과로서 성립하고 있다. 경관이 디자인에 있어 하나의 과제로 부각되게 된 것은 최근의 일이다. 그 배경은 60년대에 들어 현저하게 나타나기 시작한 근대주의의 붕괴와, 도시공간이나 자연경관에 관한 일련의 연구의 결과이다 본 연구에서는 경관에 대한 전문가 집단의 시설별 평가 및 주성분 득점을 가지고 일관성 분석과 더불어 시설에 대한 인상평가에 대한 클러스터 분석을 하여 전문가라도 개개인의 체험과 경험에 따라서 경관에 대해 형상과 배경(Figure & Ground)으로 달리 인식될 수 있음을 파악하고자 하였다. 경관은 인간 스스로가 주변환경을 이해하고 인식하기 위한 하나의 방법인 영역성은 인간과 동물이 공동으로 가지고 있는 하나의 행태로서 소유와 점유. 방어. 통제. 배타적 이용 등과 관련되어있다. 경관해석의 대상으로는 가로, 주거단지, 공원, 도시전체, 국립공원, 자연에 이르는 다양한 규모와 장소가 포함된다 경관의 해석에는 시각적 측면과 시각현상에 잠재되어 있는 의미적 측면을 동시에 고려하고, 모의관측방법과 평가의 주체, 미적반응을 어떻게 관측할것인가를 결정해야한다 경관주체와 대상, 경관유형, 경관평가지표 및 경관표현방법 등을 통하여 경관을 정량화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 평가지표의 가중치를 도출하기 위해 경관전문가를 대상으로 사진영상에 의한 설문조사와 이에 대한 군집분석 등을 하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 동종 업종이어도 보는 시각에 따라 경관에 대한 평가는 각각 다르게 나타났다 성장배경, 교육수준, 직업이 다를 경우 경관에 대한 인식은 더욱 다를 수 있음을 시사하는 것이다.; Apartment house has been established as primary housing type in Korea, accounting for more than 70% of the houses. Since liberalization of the apartment prices, each constructor has spent more cost and time to create the in-complex landscape to meet residents' needs and survive the fierce competition. The phenomenon 'landscape' occurs as results from human life in the nature regardless plan or design or administrative intervention. It was only recently that the landscape began to emerge as a design challenge. The background of landscape design may trace back to 60's when modernism collapsed, while being formed by a series of researches into urban spaces or natural landscape. The purpose of this study was to review how the landscape could be perceived differently even among experts in terms of its figure and ground depending on their individual experiences. For this purpose, the researcher examined expert groups' evaluation of facilities and thereby, assessed the results in terms of quantitative analysis of consistency, while conducting the cluster analysis for their evaluation of the facility impressions. The locality or a method to understand and perceive the surrounding environment may be common for men and animals, while being associated with possession, occupation, defense, control and exclusive uses. The points of interpreting a landscape are street side, living complex, park, entire city, national park, nature and the like. Interpretation of a landscape should take into consideration its temporal aspects as well as the semantic aspects potential in the visual phenomenon, while involving simulated monitoring, evaluators and observations of aesthetic responses. A landscape may well be quantified with its subject and object determined as well as with evaluation indications and expression methods. This study surveyed the landscape experts by exposing them to photo images and conducted the cluster analysis in order to produce some weighted evaluation indications. As a result, it was found that a landscape could be evaluated differently depending on views. So, perceptions of a landscape would differ more widely depending on background of one's growth, educational backgrounds and jobs.
