Abstract
We studied the break-up of the nanojet using molecular dynamics simulation. The nanojet was successfully simulated and various rupture characteristics were observed. The break-up process of the nanojet was considerably affected by various conditions. The rupture phenomena and disturbance length were compared with theoretical and experimental results. Observed droplet sizes and break-up characteristics were nearly agreed with the Rayleigh breakup theory. We Found out the diameter became smaller the average length of jet also became smaller. And it was similar to the case with low jet velocity that the average length of jet became smaller. For effective injection, appropriate temperature should be provided to get the desired length and interval. Also, it was able to control the size of droplet during the injection.
