dc.description.abstract최근에 상당한 관심을 갖는 덴드리틱 폴리머의 한 분야인 하이퍼브랜치 폴리머에 대해 합성하고 연구하였다. 네 종류의 무수산 maleic anhydride[MA], succinic anhydride[SA], hexahydrophthalic anhydride[HA], phthalic anhydride[PA]와 1,4-butanediol[BD]을 반응시켜 부탄다이올 에스테르를 합성한 후에 glycidyl methacrylate[GMA]와 반응하여 광경화형 폴리에스터 폴리올 변성 하이퍼브랜치드 메타아크릴레이트들을 합성하였다. 이것의 광경화 특성을 조사하기 위해 광개시제인 hydroxyldimethylacetophenone[HP-8]과 희석제로 사용한 단관능기인 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate[2-HEA], 이관능기인 tri(propylene glycol) diacrylate[TPGDA], 삼관능기인 trimethylol propane triacrylate[TMPTA]를 각각 20 wt%와 40 wt%를 각각 혼합한 후 UV를 이용하여 광경화된 필름을 제조하여 물성을 조사하였다. 점도는 반응성 모노머의 양이 증가할수록 점도가 감소하였으며 희석제의 관능기수가 많을수록 점도가 높아지는 경향을 보였으며 BDMA-GMA의 점도가 가장 높게 측정되었다. 경도는 삼관능기인 TMPTA를 첨가하였을 때 가장 우수하였으며 무수산에 따라서는 rigid한 구조를 가진 BDHA-GMA의 경도가 가장 높게 나왔다. 또한 UV 경화 필름의 열안정성 및 인장강도는 아크릴레이트의 관능기 수가 많을수록 우수하였으며, 무수산에 따라서는 BDHA-GMA가 5% 중량 감소 온도가 211℃로 가장 높게 나와 열적으로 안정하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 내용매성 조사에서는 우수한 내용매성 및 내산성을 가지는 결과를 보여 주었다.; As a part of dendrimers, hyperbranched polymer has been intensively studied recently. In this research, photocurable polyester-polyol-modified hyperbranched methacrylates were synthesized by the reaction of glycidyl methacrylate[GMA] with butanediol esters which were obtained by the reaction of 1,4-butanediol[BD] with four kinds of anhydrides such as maleic anhydride[MA], succinic anhydride[SA], hexahydrophthalic anhydride[HA] and phthalic anhydride[PA]. For the investigation of photocurable properties, the synthesized hyper-branched methacrylates were mixed with hydroxyldimethyl-acetophenone[HP-8] as a photoinitiator and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate [2-HEA], tri(propylene glycol) diacrylate[TPGDA], or trimethylol propane triacrylate[TMPTA] as a diluent at the rate of 20wt% or 40wt% respectively, and then the properties of a photocurable film were measured. As the results, viscosity decreased with the increasing amount of reactive monomers and increased with the increasing functionality of diluents. Composition of BDMA-GMA showed the highest viscosity. The highest hardness value was obtained in adding TMPTA and, especially, BDHA-GMA with structural rigidity showed the highest value. Thermal stability and tensile strength of UV-cured films were also improved with the increasing functionality of acrylate and the thermal stability of BDHA-GMA showed that it was superior to the others. In the chemical resistance analysis, it was found that BDHA-GMA had superior resistance to solvents and acids.-
