한국대학교육협의회 평가에서 체육학분야 최우수 대학들의 교육과정 요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 대교 협에서 실시한 ‘학문분야평가인정제’에서 최우수 평가를 받은 체육학과교육과정의 공통적 요인과 특성화된 요인을 분석함으로써 체육학과교육과정 개정 시 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고 동시에 보다 우수한 최적의 체육학과교육과정안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그 목적을 달성하고자 다음과 같은 연구방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 대교협 평가 ‘학문분야평가인정제’에서 교육과정 항목에 최우수 평가를 받은 18개 대학 중 체육학분야 전체에서 최우수 대학으로 선정된 5개 대학을 선정하였다. 이에 자료 수집은 대교협 평가 결과 발표 이후 대외비가 아닌 최우수 대학들의 자체평가 보고서와 평가를 위해 자료화된 문서들을 해당 대학교와의 전화연결통화 이후 직접 방문하거나 우편 및 E-mail을 통해 수집하였다. 이 처럼 연구자는 본 연구의 목적에 맞추어 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료를 이용해 알맞은 연구 방법을 선정하였다. 그 방법은 사례 연구 이며 전체적인 자료 분석은 귀납적 범주분석을 통해 실시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 질적 연구에 의하여 이루어지므로 자료수집 및 분석과정에서 연구자의 주관적 편견이 연구결과에 신뢰도와 타당도를 저해할 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 진실성을 확보하기 위해 다각도 분석(triangulation), 동료간 협의(peer debriefing), 연구자의 방법적 반성(methodical reflection)을 병행하였다. 이를 토대로 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육학과의 교육과정을 편성할 때, 교육목표와 각 학문분야의 특성에 적합하게 편성해야 한다. 이는 체육학과의 발전을 위한 교육목표에 부합되는 교과목들을 편성하고, 체육학과 세부 분야에 적용할 수 있는 교과목을 학년이 올라 갈수록 단계적으로 발전할 수 있게 교육과정을 편성해야 한다. 그 뿐만 아니라 계속해서 변해가는 국가와 사회에 선두주자로 나설 수 있는 교과목들을 개설하여 지속적 발전을 꾀하여야 한다. 둘째, 교육과정을 운영할 때, 편성된 교과목을 최대한 개설하여 학생들에게 다양한 선택의 기회를 제공해야 하고 그 중에는 전공교과가 적절하게 배분돼 있어야 한다. 또한 학생들이 졸업하기 전까지 전공교과의 이수율이 높아야 하며, 전공시간 대비 실기시간 비율이 적절하게 배분 되 있어야 한다. 그리고 각 체육학과의 발전계획 및 특성화 실현을 위한 교육과정이 실질적으로 운영되어야 하며 국내외 교류 및 산·학·연 협동교육을 통해 학생들에게 좀더 다양하고 넓은 세계와의 새로운 경험을 하도록 적극적으로 지원하고 추진해야 한다. 또한 교양체육을 시대에 흐름에 맞게 다양하고 특성화된 교과목들로 운영해야 한다.; The purpose of this study is to offer a basic document and supper most suitable plan for course of physical education. It shows how to achieve the aim. The subject of study is that five universities which are selected best excellence among superior eighteen universities. Measures of documents collection are that drop by the university after giving a phone call, post and E-mail. Documents are made by self evaluation and collected record of universities. The writer gather document by purpose of this study and select suitable method of study. That is a case study and use an inductive method for analysis of general category. Also, for accuracy, the writer use triangulation, peer debriefing and methodical reflection simultaneously. To sum up, the writer get a conclusion. Firstly, people ought to organize a course of study suitably by character of subject when they arrange a course of physical education, for example composite a subject which could help development of physical education and ascend contents of subject step by step by a school year. Moreover try to make a developmental subject which is adequate to variable society and nation. Secondly, people ought to give various chance to students to choose with establishing organised subjects. The subjects should be contained major subjects. Students should finish their major subjects until graduation and allocate practical training fitly compared to major time. Moreover a course of physical education ought to manage positively and support the students to take a number of experience. In addition, people should make cultural studies of physics to characteristic and various within the current of the times.
