대학생들의 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용행태 분석

Abstract

This research analyzed the using behavior such as using type, motive and satisfaction of university students who use the internet highly, among the users of sports relay on the webcasting. This sports relay on webcasting, is developed as a new media in sports re-broadcasting. To obtain the objective, this research set the university students with registration as the population, sampled 650 students at H, S, and K university in Gyeonggi-Do with convenience sampling, which is the one of non-probability sampling. In this research, Questionnaire is used for data collection. For data processing, this research is applied by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, T-test and one-way ANOVA with SPSS win 12.0 program. The results of this study using by these process and methods are as following: 1. This research attempted to analyze the difference in watching behavior of sports relay on webcast in accordance with the common features of the study objects. From the results, there is significant difference in watching probability, using frequency, using internet web site and watching game type depending on their sex, and watching probability and accessing channel at first time depending on their grade. And Using internet web site for watching was significantly different depending on their major. The other factors didn't have significant difference. 2. The research was analyzed for the difference in using motive according to general characteristics of the objects. The information factor had significant difference compared with the other factors in sex. Community and interesting factor didn't have significant difference as the using motive. In grade and major, there was significant differences at community, information and interest factors. 3. The research attempted to notice the difference in using satisfaction in regard to general features of study objects. In sexes, the convenience and the contents items had significant difference on using satisfaction of sports relay in the internet. But there was no significant difference in the quality of content. The quality of contents, the using convenience and the details of contents didn't show any difference significantly in grade and major factor. 4. The research analyzed the using intention for watching of non-user by common features. From the results, the reason of non-user and using intention for the future presented significant difference in sex. There was significant difference at the reason for not using depending on their major. However, the significant difference was not shown in using intention according to grade.; 본 연구는 스포츠 중계방송의 새로운 매체로서 발전해 가고 있는 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용자 중 인터넷 이용률이 가장 높은 대학생들의 특성에 따른 이용행태 즉, 이용형태, 이용동기, 이용만족도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 소재 대학에 재학 중인 대학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의추출법을 사용하여 경기도 소재 대학 중 H대, S대, K대학에 재학 중인 대학생 650명의 표본을 추출하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSSwin 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도검증, t검증, 일원변량분석을 사용하였다. 이러한 절차와 방법을 통하여 도출된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용형태의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 성별에서는 시청유무, 이용빈도, 이용사이트, 시청종목에서, 학년에서는 시청유무, 인지경로가 전공계열에서는 이용사이트에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 나머지 요인들에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 2. 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용동기의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 성별에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용동기 요인 중 정보요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 커뮤니티, 재미요인에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 학년과 전공계열에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용동기 요인 중 커뮤니티, 정보, 재미 요인 모두에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용만족도의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 성별에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용만족도 요인 중 이용편리, 컨텐츠의 내용요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 컨텐츠의 질요인에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 학년과 전공계열에 따른 인터넷 스포츠중계방송 이용만족도 요인 중 컨텐츠의 질, 이용편리, 컨텐츠의 내용요인 모두에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 비(非) 이용자의 이용의사 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 성별에서는 비 이용이유, 향후 이용의사에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 전공계열에서는 비 이용이유에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 학년에 따른 비 이용의사에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다.
