평가기준들 간의 상호연관성을 고려한 계층적 의사결정방법

Abstract

불확실성 하에서 하나의 대안을 선택해야하는 의사결정 활동은 모든 사람들의 일상생활이나 전문 영역 등 우리가 활동하는 모든 부분에서 수행되어지고 있다. 하지만 사회가 점점 과학기술의 발달과 다양화로 변화해감으로써 복잡성과 불확실성이 증가하여 의사결정이 어려워지고 있다. 의사결정분석은 이렇게 복잡하고 어려워 쉽게 접근할 수 없는 문제를 대상으로 불확실한 상황에서 최적의 대안을 선택하게 하는 체계적인 방법이다. 그 중 1970년대 Saaty에 의해 개발된 AHP기법은 의사결정을 계층구조화하여 평가기준들 간의 쌍대비교를 통해 평가자의 지식, 경험 및 직관을 포착하고자 하는 방법이다. 이는 수학적인 이론에 근거하지만 사용자 측면에서는 쌍대비교에 의한 이론의 단순성, 명확성 그리고 간편성이라는 장점으로 널리 활용되어지고 있다. 하지만 계층을 구성하는 요소들 간 독립성을 가정함으로 인해 평가요소들 간 존재할 수 있는 상호연관성을 무시하여 최적대안 선정에 있어 현실적이지 못한 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 극한확률이론을 이용해 AHP 평가기준들 간의 상호연관성을 고려한 평가기준을 제안한다. 이 방법은 평가기준들의 상대적 중요도와 상호연관성 정도를 구분할 수 있고 이 두 가지를 함께 고려해 새롭게 평가기준을 구함으로써 현실적인 최적의 대안을 선정하는데 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.; Structured rational decision making is an important part of all science-based professions. However, it is not easy to make appropriate decisions owing to growing complexity and uncertainty in the real world. Decision making analysis is systematic method to select optimum alternatives under uncertainty. An AHP technique, developed by Saaty, is a hierarchical structured method for decision making in situations where multiple objectives are present. This method uses a pair-wise comparison matrix based on the relative importance of factors. The AHP has been used in a wide range of complex decision making problems. However, AHP approach may not be realistic because it assumes independence of criteria when there are dependencies and interactions among the criteria. In this regard, this study suggests the new criteria for considering mutual relativity in AHP by using limiting probability theory. This method can be applied to select realistic optimum alternatives by considering both relative importance and correlation degree of the criteria.
