산업클러스터의 기업경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 기업의 경쟁 환경은 여러 가지 요인으로 인하여 급변하고 있다. 특히 기업의 경영환경이 내적 외적으로 급속도로 변화하고 있으며, 이에 대한 경쟁력을 제고 시키는 것만이 기업의 영속성을 유지하는 길이 되었다. 이러한 환경변화에 적응하기 위해서는 종래의 독자적 기업 생존방식만으로는 여러 가지 어려움에 직면하게 되었고, 공통의 대안을 찾기에 이르렀다. 그러한 환경적인 욕구에 부응하는 대안으로 산업클러스터가 주목을 받고 있으며, 국가적인 측면 또한 간과할 수 없는 경쟁 요소로 자리매김 하게 되었다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 산업클러스터의 기본적 고찰과 사례 연구를 통하여 산업클러스터의 경쟁력을 분석하고 기업의 내적 외적 환경을 분석하여 최종적으로 산업클러스터의 기업경쟁력 제고방안을 도출해 내는데 있다. 이러한 산업클러스터의 기업경쟁력 제고방안을 구체적으로 제시해보면 다음과 같다. 기업 외적 측면에서 최우선적으로 클러스터의 구조를 우리나라 산업과 적합화 시키는 것이 필요하다. 또한 이에 따른 기반 인프라 구축 및 클러스터가 올바르게 작동할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이 가속화 되어야 한다. 구성 주체의 역할 구성과 협력을 독려 할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 기반이 갖추어 진 다음 내부적으로 기업 간의 네트워크 효율성을 제고 시키는 방안이 제시되어야 하며, 이에 따른 자급 시장 확보 또한 후행되어야 한다. 부가적으로 전문 서비스와 연관 산업 지원이 필요하다. 기업 내적 측면에서는 혁신적이 선도자의 리더십이 선행되어야 하며, 기업 내부의 기초적인 경쟁력이 갖추어져 있어야 한다. 혁신 Mind 및 목표 의식을 강화하여 직원들에게 고취시키는 역할 또한 후행 되어져야 한다. 전략적으로 선택과 집중 전략의 적절한 응용을 통하여 경쟁력 제고를 꾀해야 할 것이다. 이상의 제시 된 방안들은 기본적인 기업의 내부 경쟁력과 환경에 적응하여 변화하려는 혁신의식이 선행되어야 하는 요소이다. 이러한 요소 위에 제시 방안들이 융합될 때 기업 경쟁력뿐만 아니라 국가 경쟁력을 창출할 수 있는 동력원이 될 것이라 생각한다.; These days, the environment of company is changed rapidly by several facts. In this radical changes period, the companies have to strengthen their competitiveness to keep and develop business. However, it is getting difficult to find way and strengthen competitiveness by company themselves. Finally, companies start to look for common strategy. This is the reason that the industrial cluster gets into the spotlight as the alternative strategy for both companies and national economy. This research reveals the synergy of the industrial cluster through basic study of the concept and various case studies and claims cluster is the one of efficient strategy to increase the strength of companies. The way to make synergy through cluster is as follows: Considering the external fact, the companies require to adjust the structure of cluster to our economic environment. The infrastructure and system have to be prepared in advance. Also, the companies have to fulfill their roles as one of members and encourage cooperation. With these pre-settlements, the network among companies can be vitalized. The capital and specialized service should be supported. Considering the internal fact, the entrepreneurship of the leaders is required with competitiveness of company. The leader should show the company’s vision and encourage the employee to reach that. Also, the leader should carry out select and focus strategy efficiently. However, the innovative and progressive mind of company is the most important matter before previous facts. When the company harmonizes those facts, the national strength as well as the company’s competitiveness can be made.
