영상매체를 활용한 문학교육 방법론 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 수많은 영상매체 중에서 현재 청소년의 실생활에 가장 영향을 줄 수 있는 영화를 중심으로 문학교육의 효율적인 학습 내용과 방법을 알아보고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 우리 사회는 과학 기술의 발달에 따라 놀라운 속도로 변해가고 있다. 기계 문명의 발달로 현대인들은 컴퓨터를 통하여 TV 방송이나 영화를 보고, 전자우편으로 의사소통을 하고 있다. 문자 언어를 통해 책을 읽고, 편지를 쓰던 예전과는 달리 현대의 정보 전달은 점차 시각 및 청각 등의 감각적이고 자극적인 새로운 방식으로 변화하고 있는 것이다. 이렇듯 21세기에 접어들면서 급격하게 발달된 디지털 환경은 영상매체라는 강력한 수단과 함께 우리의 일상생활을 완전히 변화시켰으며, 이에 따라 매체를 교육에도 활용하고자 하는 목소리가 제기되기 시작하였다. 최근에 들어서는 영상매체를 효율적인 교수 학습 방법의 하나로 활용하기 시작하였으며, 이러한 수업 활동은 인터넷의 발달로 말미암아 더욱 더 가속화 되고 있는 추세이다. 특히 온라인상으로 이루어지는 일선 교사들의 영상매체에 관한 수업 정보 및 콘텐츠의 교류가 아주 활발한 편이다. 그러나 영상매체를 활용한 대다수의 수업들은 정해진 기준 없이 일방적으로 교사 개인의 기준에 의하여 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 또한 단순히 영상매체를 활용한 수업은 단지 학습자들의 흥미를 유발하여 수업에 집중하게 하는 정도로만 그치고 있을 뿐, 실질적으로 수업 교과 내용에 다가가지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본인은 영상매체와 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 청소년들의 관심과 흥미를 고려하고 그들에게 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 교수-학습 방안을 연구하였다.; The purpose of this paper is to examine effective contents and methods of literature education based on movies, which have the most influence on the real life of adolescents, out of numerous video media. Our society is changing rapidly in accordance with the development of science. Modern people watch TV or movies through computers and communicate each other through e-mail. Unlike pervious way, reading books through written words or writing letters, modern way of information transmission is changing into more and more sensational and provocative like visual, auditory way. Like this, as we move into 21st century, rapidly developed digital environment have changed our life completely together with the powerful measure of video media. As a result of this, some opinions of using media in education arose. In these days, video media start to be used as an effective teaching tool, and this kind of way is accelerated thanks to the development of internet. Especially, the exchange of teaching materials among teachers through the online is very active. But most classes using video media have no established standard but just done by the teachers' own standard. And classes through simple video media just attract some interest from students, but actually, those are insufficient for contents of classes. I investigated teaching and study plan which have consideration on adolescents' interest, which have close relation with video media, and help them in practical ways.
