효율적인 학급 홈페이지의 구축 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

대화방식의 동적인 홈페이지는 초·중·고등학교와 같은 교육 기관에서 그 구성원간에 활발한 상호작용을 증진시키기 위해 필요하다. 이런 교육 기관에서 학급 홈페이지는 단순히 그 학급을 소개하거나 자료를 제공하는 수준을 넘어 학생들의 학습 효과를 높이고 그 구성원간의 유대감을 증진시키기 때문에 교수-학습 방법 및 학급 환경에 큰 변화를 줄 수 있는 적극적인 교육 매체가 된다. 본 연구는 현직 초등학교 교사들이 다양한 교육적 효과를 위해 학급 홈페이지를 구축하고 싶지만 경제적, 시간적, 능력적 문제로 망설이고, 구축을 시도했다가 만족할만한 결과를 얻지 못하고 있는 현실이 동기가 되었다. 그래서 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 교육적 상황을 고려하여 교사들이 최소의 투자를 통해 학급 홈페이지를 구축할 수 있도록 홈페이지 구축에 관한 실용적인 교과 체계와 내용을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 실용적인 교과 체계를 유도해 내기 위해 초등학교 교사 100명을 대상으로 홈페이지 구축에 관해 실시한 설문 조사의 주요 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 교사들이 홈페이지 구축에 있어 어렵게 느끼는 부분들을 자동화 시켜줄 수 있는 소프트웨어 도구와 기능들을 선별하였다. 제안된 교과 체계와 내용은 웹 편집기와 사이트 빌더(site builder)의 중간 정도를 취하여 웹 편집기의 장점과 사이트 빌더의 장점만을 취할 수 있도록 하였다. 웹 편집기의 세부 기능만을 습득하는 방식은 숲 속에 있는 각 나무를 세부적으로만 살펴보는 것과 같고, 사이트 빌더만을 사용하는 것은 숲 모양만을 바라보게 하는 것과 같은 교육 효과를 가져오기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 교과 체계와 내용을 통해 현직 초등학교 교사들이 웹 저작도구의 세부 기능을 습득하기 위한 불필요한 시간을 절약하고, 별 어려움 없이 단시일에 만족할만한 학급 홈페이지를 제작할 수 있기를 기대한다.; An interactive dynamic home page is necessary in order to further an active interplay among the constituents at educational institutions like elementary, middle and high schools. At these educational institutions, a class home page does not simply introduce the class or supply data, but it promotes the learning effects of students and strengthens the ties among the constituents. Hence it gets to be a progressive educational media which can affect teaching-learning methods and class environments. The motive for this study is the heavy actualities where the incumbent elementary teachers hoped to construct a class home page for various education effects, but they have hesitated to do it on account of the matter of their economy, time and faculty, or they did not get a satisfactory outcome from their trial. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to suggest the practical scheme and contents of the course for constructing a home page in order that the teachers can build a class home page by a minimal investment, considering such an educational situation. In order to induce a practical scheme of the course, this study analyzed the major results of the questionnaire which applied to 100 elementary teachers with regard to constructing a home page. Based on this analysis, this study selected the tools and functions of softwares which can automate the parts where teachers feel difficult in constructing a home page. The scheme and contents of the course suggested only took advantages of both web editors and site builders by taking a middle position between web editors and site builders, because the method of just learning detail functions of web editors is similar to observing each tree in the woods just to the smallest detail and the one of just using site builders gives rise to such an effect as taking a view of woods I expect that incumbent elementary teachers can construct a satisfactory class home page in a short period of time without any difficulty, saving the unnecessary time to learn the detail functions of web authoring tools, owing to the scheme and contents of the course suggested.
