사회적 지지와 학업능력지각이 무기력, 열등감 및 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study is to investigate the influences of social support and Scholastic Competence Perception on learned helplessness, inferiority complex and psychological well-being. That is, it is shown what the relation between social support, Scholastic Competence Perception and theses variables are in this study. In addition, this study is to influences on adolescent feeling. Especially ego-identify build up adolescence therefore this time is important. Study question1. What is the influences of social support on learned helplessness, inferiority complex and psychological well-being? Study question 2. What is the influences of Scholastic Competence Perception on learned helplessness, inferiority complex and psychological well-being? Study question 3. What is the influences of social support, Scholastic Competence Perception on learned helplessness, inferiority complex and psychological well-being? For this study,299 middle school students(141 boys and 158 girls) were sampled to be subject to a questionnaire survey with 5 scales (social support, Scholastic Competence Perception ,learned helplessness, inferiority complex , psychological well-being.). As result , when social support, increased, learned helplessness, inferiority complex ,negative emotion decreased but positive emotion increased. Second, when Scholastic Competence Perception, school rank increased, learned helplessness, inferiority complex ,negative emotion decreased but positive emotion increased. When male student's Scholastic Competence Perception, school rank progress, inferiority complex decreased, female student is lost on or upon. A sophomore class' s is school rank progressed positive emotion increased .When The third grade' s Scholastic Competence Perception ,school rank went down, negative emotion increased. Third, Social support and Scholastic Competence Perception have an effect on learned helplessness, inferiority complex, psychological well-being but school rank is lost on or upon.; 본 연구에서는 사회적 지지와 학업능력지각이 청소년의 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 어떻게 영향 미치는지 살펴봄으로 가장 예민한 시기이며 자기정체성을 확립하는 청소년기에 사회적 지지, 학업능력지각의 중요성을 다시 한번 강조하고자 했다. 연구문제 1. 사회적 지지가 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 2. 학업능력지각이 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 3. 사회적 지지와 학업능력지각이 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구의 설문지는 서울과 경기도에 소재한 중학교 2, 3학년을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이 중 불성실하게 응답을 하였거나 설문 기재가 누락된 17명을 제외한 299명(남학생141 , 여학생158 )의 자료가 분석 되었다. 연구 결과 사회적 지지가 높을수록 무기력, 열등감을 덜 느끼며 심리적 안녕감 중 부정정서는 덜 느끼고 긍정정서는 더 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또 다른 두 요인의 효과를 배제하였을 때 성적이 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 순수한 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 성별로 미치는 영향을 살펴 볼 때 남학생은 성적이 높으면 열등감을 덜 느끼고 긍정정서를 더 느끼지만 여학생은 유의한 상관이 없었다. 남녀학생 모두 사회적지지 높을수록 무기력은 덜 느끼며 남녀학생 모두 사회적 지지가 높을수록 긍정정서를 더 느끼지만 부정정서는 덜 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 2학년은 부모지지와 긍정정서, 성적과 긍정정서에서 유의한 정적 상관을 나타내지만 3학년은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 즉, 2학년은 부모지지, 성적이 높으면 3학년 보다 긍정정서를 더 많이 느끼는데 반면에 3학년은 성적과 부정정서 간에 유의한 부적상관을 나타내어 성적이 높을수록 부정정서를 덜 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 자기개념은 무기력과 열등감, 부정정서와 유의한 부적상관을 보였고 긍정정서와는 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 성적과 무기력, 열등감, 부정정서 간에는 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈지만 긍정정서와는 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 성별에서 남학생은 자기개념, 성적이 열등감과 부적상관을 나타냈고 긍정정서와는 정적 상관을 나타냈지만 여학생은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 반면에 여학생은 자기개념과 부정정서 간에 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 학년별 차이를 볼 때 2학년은 자기개념과 열등감 간에 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈지만 3학년은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 또한 2학년은 성적과 긍정정서 간에 정적 상관이 나타났다. 3학년은 자기개념 및 성적과 부정정서 간에 부적상관을 나타내었다. 셋째 사회적 지지와 학업능력 지각이 무기력, 열등감, 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 무기력에 대해 사회적 지지, 자기개념이 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 성적은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지와 자기개념이 높을수록 무기력은 낮아진다는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 사회적 지지, 자기개념, 성적이 열등감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 열등감에 대한 사회적 지지 통계적으로 유의하였으나 자기개념, 성적에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고 사회적 지지가 높을수록 열등감은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적 지지와 자기개념, 성적이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과, 사회적 지지와 자기개념, 성적과 긍정정서 및 부정정서와의 관계에 있어서 사회적 지지가 긍정정서 및 부정정서에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
