아파트단지 조경요소 주민선호도 분석 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 아파트 주민들이 선호하는 조경의 중요도, 조경요소 등을 분석하여 향후 아파트 조경설계에 이를 적극 활용할 수 있는 예비 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2005년 살기 좋은 아파트 대상을 받은 성북구 길음동 소재 대우 푸르지오 아파트와 대림아파트, 삼성 래미안 아파트 단지 주민을 대상으로 질문지를 통한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 각 단지별로 총 210부를 배부하여 200부를 회수하였으며 이 중 분석에 사용할 수 없는 20부를 제외한 180부를 표본으로 채택하여 이를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 설문의 내용은 아파트 단지 조경에 관한 질문과 조경요소에 관한 질문으로 하였고, 일반적 특성에 관한 사항에서는 응답자의 성별, 나이, 직업, 학력, 소득 등으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 분석결과 많은 사람들이 조경의 중요성을 아파트 가격의 상승과 연계시키고 있다는 점이다. 아파트조경에 대한 주민들의 의견은 매우중요가 52.2%로 94명, 중요가 29.4%로 53명으로 나타나 결국 조경이 중요하다고 보는 주민의 수는 157명으로 전체의 81.6%에 달한다. 조경이 중요한 이유로는 95.2%가 아파트가격 상승에 대한 기대 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 가장 선호하는 아파트조경에 대해서는 경관성(45.6%), 웰빙성(22.2%), 쾌적성(17.8%), 환경성(14.4%)순으로 나타났다. 친수공간에 대한 선호도 조사는 보통이라는 비율이 30.6%로 가장 높게 나타났으나 '매우선호' 26.1%와 '선호함' 28.9%를 합하면 선호의 비율은 55.0%나 된다. '선호하지 않음' 5.6%와 '전혀 선호하지 않음' 8.9%를 합하면 14.0%로 선호하지 않은 쪽도 많다는 것에 유념할 필요가 있다. 대형 녹음 수에 대한 선호도를 조사한 결과 전체 조사대상자의 68.9%가 매우 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 주요어 : 조경요소, 조경설계, 녹음수, 아파트단지, 선호도, 중요도; Apartment housing is prevailing settlement type at present, the residents who live in the apartment complex prefer to have a better exterior environment. This study aims to provide useful data for designing the exterior space or planning landscape architecture facilities in apartment housing complex. It is difficult to perceive outdoor space problems in an apartment complex at a glance and the problems with design, construction, and other factors caused by contingent and surrounding factors. It is also difficult for residents to evaluate an apartment complex after occupancy. In order to attain a same objective with this 2005 it lives, the characteristic northern Europe which receives the good apartment object the eastern subject matter treatment which draws it is not green question it will yell five apartment residents in the object and the question investigation which leads it executed. The result which investigates the opinion of the residents against an apartment landscape architecture the importance appears 94 people (52.2%), importance 53 people (29.4%) with very and that finally the landscape architecture is important, possibility of the resident which it sees 157 issues which in the sample and an people (81.6%) with it accomplishes to 81.6% of the whole. With the reason where the landscape architecture is important it appeared with the fact that it is because of the expectation 95.2% against an apartment increasing price. Against the apartment landscape architecture which it prefers most Gyung Gwan Sung (45.6%), the well characteristic (22.2%), comfort (17.8%), Hwan Gyung Sung (14.4%) pure with it appeared round. But, the ratio which is an usual which investigates the preference degree against a rainwater space appeared most highly with 30.6%.
