Abstract
본 연구에서는 국내에서 가장 많은 공사가 이루어지고 있는 철근 콘크리트 고층 아파트의 공사기간을 단축하기 위한 요소기술 제안을 통하여 국내 건설회사의 산업 경쟁력 강화 및 경제성 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 실제 건설현장 근로자를 대상으로 한 공사기간단축 설문조를 실시하고, 기존 공사기간 단축사례를 분석하여 우리나라 건설현장 실정에 적합한 공기단축 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 내용의 연구를 수행하였다. 1) 국내외 건축물 공기단축사례 조사 및 분석 2) 국내 초고층 건축물 및 아파트 공기단축 설문조사 및 분석 3) 국내 아파트 공사의 공기단축 방안 연구 - 현재 아파트 공사 공정별 문제점 도출 - 아파트 공기단축 영향 요소기술 분석 - 공기단축을 위한 요소기술 개선방안 도출 - 공정별 공기단축 가능성 검토; Construction period is very important in construction projects as apartment. Also It influenced construction cost and quality. So, Many countries have been focused their effort on reducing construction project cost through the construction period shortening in the world. And shortening system of construction period will be expected to reduction of construction materials. The purpose of this research is to development and application of construction period shortening system for reduction of construction materials and construction cost by the site survey and analysis the opinion about the shortening of apartment construction period in korea. In conclusion, suggest the construction period shortening system with new structural design concept and construction methods for RC high-rise apartment in Korea. New construction method, detail of reinforcement arrangement, concrete pumping and placement method were also suggested. This Paper is consist of Six Chapters as following. Chapter 1. Introduction(Background, Purpose, Content, Method of Study) Chapter 2. State of the art report about the competitiveness of construction industry Chapter 3. Comparison with construction period shortening case in another domestic cases Chapter 4. Investigation and results analysis for survey of construction period shortening Chapter 5. Propose the method of construction period shortening; the comparison and analysis of existing example with under construction domestic apartment structure Chapter 6. Conclusions The following conclusions are obtained from result of survey for RC apartment construction period shortening and comparison with existing example. And suggest the essential technique for frame construction period shortening 1) A conventional euro form replace with lightweight AL form and Gang form 2) Increase the compressive strength of concrete from 24MPa to 30Mpa for shortening of form maintenance period 3) For non bearing wall construction, wet masonry wall method change the dry lightweight wall method 4) By change the frame construction method, apartment construction begin earlier than basement parking structure
