지역난방 공동주택의 난방 및 급탕부하산정의 적정성에 관한 연구

Abstract

우리나라에서는 1960년대에 수도권 지역 주택난을 해소하기 위해 대규모 아파트를 건설하기 시작한 이래 우리나라의 주거방식은 단독주택에서 공동주택을 선호하는 방향으로 급변하였다. 2000년을 기준으로 하여 주거방식의 점유 비율이 공동주택이 단독주택에 비하여 10% 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 공동주택에 대한 선호도가 증가하면서 공동주택의 건축이 증가하게 되었고, 또한 공동주택에서 사용하는 에너지 소비량 또한 증가하게 되었다. 또한, 지역난방을 이용한 공동주택은 에너지의 효율적 이용 및 환경보호 차원에서 우수한 난방형태로 인식되어 신도시를 중심으로 보급이 점차 확대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구 논문에서는 국내의 지역난방용 공동주택에 대하여 합리적이고 체계적인 난방부하 및 급탕부하의 기준을 재정립함으로써 국가적인 에너지절약을 유도하고, 난방부하 및 급탕부하의 적정한 설계를 위한 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 지역난방을 열원으로 사용하는 고양시 지역내 각 9개 공동주택을 대상으로 1년 동안의 난방부하 및 급탕부하를 실측하여 비교함으로서 한국지역난방공사의 기존 단위난방부하 및 단위급탕부하 기준의 적정성을 검토하고자 하였다. 그리고, 이번 논문에서 대한주택공사, SH공사의 부하계산의 기준 및 일반 설계회사의 부하계산의 사례를 비교, 검토하여 열부하 기준에 대한 합리적인 기준을 선정하고자 하였다.; Since we have been constructing large scale apartments for solution of housing problems in the metropolitan area from 1960s, the lifestyle has been rapidly changed individual housings to apartments. The occupation rate of apartments is 10% higher than that of the individual housing on the basis of 2000. The more preference of apartments is increased, the more construction of apartments and the energy consumption are increased As the apartments for disrtict heating are considered as excellent in efficient energy use and environment conservation, it has been increased in newly constructed city. The purpose of this study is to make a reasonable selection of heat load standard as comparing and studying of Korea National Housing corporation, SH corporation and general engineering companies load estimation examples. The field measurement was carried out to examine the reasonableness of present heating and hot water load standard as comparing 9 apartments actual survey of heating and hot water load in Koyang area which are used in district heating system.
