dc.description.abstractAfter the IMF system, due to the union of numerical strength and the appearance of overseas banks, the bank was exposed to a management environment that was different to the past. The business environment began to need flexible systematic operating methods. due to the beginning of non growth period. In the changed environment as the organization`s extermination plans for competing position guarantee, brought awareness on what effects the team organization management has on system outcomes and why there are negative outcomes even tough the organization team is operated and used. With awareness of the problems, through the examples of S and I banks, we hope to see firstly, how the introduction of team organization has effected the development, by researching the concept of the system, characteristic, and the importance of all the team organization. Most of the existing research essays only made researches on individual team organization and management conditions. Secondly to see how the team organization, which considered the characteristics of the bank system, is responding to the various changes of organizations development. Thirdly to see what the suitable team organization has to consider for continuous development. in the reality where economy evolution financial market conditions and size apply. This research set 200 members of S and I banks as research targets and handed out surveys and receiving the answers. The evident research result of this research, In the 4 kinds of team types which is the independent variable that was set up by this research model, it was found that lending blunder form and multi function form has considerate effects on almost all formations such as work cooperation limit, organization fondness level, wage satisfaction level and organization devotion, which are majority of subordinate variables. It could be seen that between formation and variable. nothing of team type was effecting anything in intension decision variable. Even though is a limited character which is a response result of 152 people targeted to the 2 banks positioned in Seoul, it can be carefully appraised as relatively new and meaningful research result, it is thought that there will be a foundational meaning in doing an advanced research in the future.-
