무용영재교육 활성화 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 무용영재교육의 필요성을 정립하고 우리나라의 무용영재교육 기관과 무용교육 현황을 분석하며 우리나라의 무용 영재교육의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이에 따른 연구 방법으로는, 국내의 선행연구 자료를 탐색하고 무용교육을 실시하는 학교와 아카데미 두 곳을 선정하여 현 실태를 분석하였으며, 실무자와의 인터뷰를 통해 국내 무용영재교육의 현황과 문제점을 진단하였다. 또한 미국, 영국, 러시아의 무용영재교육기관의 특성을 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다 이상에서 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무용영재교육은 영재교육의 일환으로 이 분야의 특수성에 주목할 필요가 있다. 무용은 다른 학문이나 체육활동과 달리 어린 나이에 발굴이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 무용영재교육기관은 사실상 전무한 실정으로 어린 무용영재를 발굴할 정밀한 선발기준의 부재, 전문가에 의한 발굴 및 양성체제의 전무, 어린 무용영재를 연계하여 육성할 다음단계 교육의 불명확성, 국가적인 재정적 지원 등 무용영재를 발굴 양성할 여러 가지 여건조성이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 무용영재교육의 활성화 방안으로는 1)영재 선발은 10~11세 이전에 이루어져야 하며 선발기준은 무용영재 연구팀이 구성되어 선발하여야 하며 그 과정은 다단계로 이루어 져야 한다. 2) 무용영재에게 맞는 체계적인 교육시스템을 마련하여 단계별 지도가 가능해야한다. 한편, 가정형편이 열악한 영재를 지원하는 시스템의 마련도 시급하다. 3) 영재교육의 일환인 무용영재교육의 장래를 위하여 국가적인 재정지은 시급히 해결해야할 과제이다.; The purpose of this research is to specify the importance of the special education system, for those talented children in the field of dancing. This research, which analyzed the dancing institutions in korea, especially applies in the field of dancing, and was conducted in order to suggest, new ways to develop the dancing education, for those talented children in korea. In order to conduct research for this analysis, previous ground works and studies were analyzed in addition to selecting two dancing academies. Furthermore, current and national educational problems, were discovered, through interviewing staff members. Moreover, several issues were derived, from analyzing the educational system in dancing, for those talented children in the U. S. A, Britain, and Russia. Regarding the matter of the special education system for the talented, the results of the research concluded the followings. Firstly, unlike other studies, likewise sports, and talents for dancing, we need to pay more attention to its distinctiveness in teaching when faced with from other educational fields. Also it should be scouted when they are young in age. Secondly, due to a lack of supporting system for the talented in Korea, specific criterions is required for selection at this stage. Thus, more organized scouting and training system, by those professional, clearly designed educational system, and financial support from the government is required not only for selecting and educating those talented children. Therefore, the ways to develop the special dancing education for the talented are: 1) The scouting for talented children has to be made before 10~11 years in age. In addition, not only that a professional team has to be established for the selection, but this process should be done, step by step. 2) Step by step, well organized teaching system is required in order to educate the talented. Likewise, the financial supporting system should be established for those that cannot afford. 3) For a better future, for the talented, the government should urgently provide a financial supporting system.
