아시아지역 투자개발형 사업의 리스크 인자 중요도 분석

Abstract

최근 국내 건설기업들은 발주물량 감소와 치열해지는 수주 경쟁 속에서 뚜렷한 침체를 겪으면서 해외시장으로 눈을 돌리고 있다. 그러나 해외건설사업은 국내 건설사업에 비해 복합적인 위험에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 위험요인을 분석하고 정량화 해야만 국내 건설기업의 전략적인 의사결정이 가능해지고 해외건설에 있어 수익성도 높일 수 있기 때문에 선진건설기업에서는 필수적인 것으로 인식되고 있다. 더욱이, 대다수 중견건설업체들의 해외시장 진출을 위한 대안이 되고 있는 투자개발형 사업은 수익률이 높은 반면 리스크 역시 높아 사업 실패 시 기업전반에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다. 따라서, 이러한 리스크를 얼마나 효과적으로 관리하느냐가 사업의 성패를 좌우하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아시아지역의 투자개발형 사업을 중심으로 리스크 인자들을 도출하고, 재정립하여 분석함으로써 체계적인 리스크관리 체계를 정립하는데 활용될 수 있는 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 인자간의 중요도를 분석하여 건설기업이 체계적으로 리스크를 사전 분석하여 리스크를 보다 효과적으로 관리하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.; Recently, domestic construction companies have been moving towards overseas markets due to decreasing orders and an increase in competitiveness within the domestic market. However, there is a higher risk involved in the overseas construction industry than in the domestic construction industry. In addition, the investment development business, which is becoming an alternative way for many mid-sized enterprises to enter overseas markets, has high earning rates. However, the risks are also high. Consequently, if a business claims bankruptcy, it will carry a substantial impact within the industry. Therefore, the effective management of risks is the most important factor when deciding whether a business will succeed or fail. Hence, this research will mainly deliberate the investment development business in Asia; it will present a system that can be used for taking a triangular position to the management of risk, as deducing risk factors and analyzing it. Furthermore, it will help to manage risks more effectively, by analyzing the importance between the factors involved and risks in advance.
