의료기관 종사자의 기부행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

Abstract

First, the amount of donations is affected by the donator's attitude, trust of the institutions and motive. And if the donator's parents had donated in the past, their children donated more than others. Second, for regular donators, singles donate for longer periods than married couples. In addition, once they donate, they donate longer as they grow old. Also, annual income affected the donation period. People who haveannual incomes between W50,000,000 to W100,000,000 donate for the longest period. Third, for the non-donators, Christianshave higher willingness to donate compared with other religions. And post-secondary degree holders have more willingness to donate. But there was no difference with age, sex, marital status, occupation and annual income for willingness to donate. And, non experienced donators are affected by attitude, recognition and participation. Also, when they have psychological, social and economical expectations, they intend to donate more. This is especially true if their psychological expectation is the main factor in donating. Therefore, it is very critical to manage the high income earners, singles and elderly to encourage experienced donators to donate for long donation periods. Also, regarding non experienced donators, it is necessary to find out ways to involve Christian groups which have high willingness to donate and post-secondary groups of people, including the groups with highly and strongly motivated donators.; 의료기관에서 치료를 받고자 하는 환자들 가운데 치료비가 부담되어 치료를 포기하는 사례가 빈번이 일어나고 있으며 이러한 환자들의 진료비 부담을 지원하기 위한 모금 활동과 지원 활동이 어느 기관보다도 절실히 요청되는 곳이다. 그리고 기부에 대한 인식도 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 의료기관에서는 이러한 모금활동이나 기부문화에 대한 인식이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 전략적이고 활발한 모금활동을 촉진시키기 위한 전담 부서와 인력이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의료기관 종사자들의 기부행동과 기부참여 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀내어 의료기관에서 환자들의 복지를 위해 일하는 종사자들에게 전략적이고 활발한 기부행동 및 모금활동을 촉진시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하려고 한다. 이를 위해 기부행동에 대한 이론과 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 문헌 연구를 하였다. 그리고 의료기관 종사자들의 기부행동과 기부 참여 의향에 미치는 요인을 밝혀내기 위해서 서울과 경기지역에 소재한 의료기관의 243명 종사자들을 대상으로 표준화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기부 경험자의 경우 인구사회학적 특성, 기부태도, 보상동기, 기관 신뢰도 모두 기부금액에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모가 기부경험이 있는 집단이 기부 경험이 없는 집단보다 유의미하게 기부금액이 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 기부 경험자의 경우 연령이 많아질수록 기부기간이 유의미하게 길어지고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 미혼의 경우가 기혼보다 기부 기간이 유의미하게 더 긴 것으로 나타났다. 연간 수입에서 5천만원 이상 - 1억원 미만의 집단에서 기부기간이 가장 길게 나타났으며 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 기부 미경험자의 경우 기독교 집단이 다른 종교 집단보다 기부 참여 의향이 가장 높았으며 다른 종교와 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 학력에서는 대졸의 집단이 기부 참여 의향이 유의미하게 높았다. 그러나 성별, 연령, 결혼여부, 직종, 연 수입에서는 기부 참여 의향의 차이가 없었다. 또한 기부 미경험자의 경우 기부태도, 기부에 대한 인지도, 참여도가 기부 참여 의향에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기부태도와 인지도 그리고 참여도가 높을수록 기부 참여 의향도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 기부 미경험자의 보상동기 즉 심리적 보상, 사회적 보상, 경제적 보상도 기부 참여의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 보상과 경제적 보상보다 심리적 보상이 클수록 기부 참여의향이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기부 경험자의 기부기간을 더욱 높이고 유지하기 위하여 미혼자와 고령자, 고소득자를 특별 우대하고 관리하여 기부간이 더욱 길어지도록 힘써야 할 것 이다. 또한 기부 미경험자의 기부 참여 의향이 높은 기독교, 대졸 집단을 중점으로 기부자를 개발하고, 기부태도가 높은 집단과 보상동기가 강한 집단을 참여시키는 방안을 강구 하여야 할 것이다.; Some patients who wish to have medical care in medical institutions give up treatment due to the high cost. So it is desperately required to support and donate funds for medical expenses. Donations are becoming more widely and gradually recognized in society. However, there are no departments that specialize in organizing donation systems in most medical institutions. So this study finds out the factors that influence medical workers' actions and the willingness of donators to donate and provides basic data to increase donations by medical workers. With this aim, this study attempts to describe the theory of donations and survey of 243 medical workers in Seoul, in the Kyeonggi area. The analysis shows as follows
