Abstract
Clean room is the controlling space which suspending particles in the air should be controlled under standard cleanness and the materials supplying to the area (Waper, film, LCD etc) should be clean as needed and managing should be done to environmental condition like temparature, humidity, pressure, lighting etc when needed. This is on the trend to be used at diverse field of industrial plant as like semiconductor, LCD, medicine manufacturing, film factory and lavatories etc. Environment inside the clean room can be divided to air environment and light environment. Those kind of rooms are the closed area that is running 24hours a day for manufacturing advanced items. So Fatigue and displeasure of the people in the room can cause the increase of inferior goods and the vast loss in management. In that point, light environment is important. Nowadays light planning of clean room only take the intensity of illumination quantitatively by caculation with Total flux method and use fluorescent lamps from the ceiling. But with this, investigation and evaluation data and verification is not enough about how the sight environment affect the people in the room evincively and psychologically. So It is needed to evaluate the analysis -that is qualitative analysis - about luminance distribution as subjective attribute that the people in the room feel and the analysis -that is quantitative analysis - about physical specification in the area and illuminance distribution at light environment. We compare between the caculation by Total flux method which is used in designing at present and the simulation by professional program (RADIANCE PROGRAM)and verify appropriateness on designing and evaluation of light environment in this thesis. We aimed a lot of improvement conditions to be applied from the beginning of design by computer and to find lighting and light control method for comfortable sight environment so that we can modelize sight environment in Clean Room and counterplan against Greenhouse effect and save energy and later on, this can be a basic data on programing architecture designing.
