dc.description.abstract이 논문은 통행속도와 지체도등의 정량적인 지표만을 고려하고 있는 기존 도로서비스수준의 한계를 극복하고, 운전자의 도로이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 정성적 요인들을 반영할 수 있는 통합적인 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 연구는 크게 3가지로 나누어 진행되는데 먼저 기존 도로서비스수준에 대한 운전자들의 인식도분석이 이루어졌다. 다음으로 여기에서 나타난 문제점을 근거로 새로운 평가항목을 설정하고 항목간 상관관계 검증과 중요도 분석을 통해 평가의 틀을 정립했다. 마지막으로 새로이 정립된 평가항목과 구조에 대한 검증이 실제도로주행을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과 기존 도로서비스수준과 운전자의 인식사이에는 상당한 차이가 있고 이는 운전자의 도로이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 안전성과 쾌적성에 관련된 정성적인 지표를 반영치 못하기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. 정성적인 요인을 반영하기 위해서는 도로이용행태, 도로유지관리, 도로경관, 도로정보측면의 평가항목이 필요한 것으로 검토되었으며, 이는 뇌파검지기를 통한 실제도로 주행실험에서도 입증되었다. 새로이 설정된 평가항목을 이용하여 정립된 정량적 요인과 정성적 요인간의 비중과 평가항목간의 중요도를 반영하여 산정된 서비스수준은 기존 도로서비스 수준과는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이런 결과는 도로투자의 우선순위결정 및 도로개선대책수립에 대한 많은 정책적 시사점을 제시해 주고 있는 것이다.; The objective of this study is to develop integrated evaluation criteria to overcome limitations in the existing level of service on urban roadways that consider only quantitative factors of travel speed and delay, etc., therefore to reflect qualitative factors that exert impact on drivers' satisfaction in road use. For this purpose, this study was carried out largely in 3 parts. The first was analysis on drivers' awareness of the existing level of service. The second part of this study was to set new evaluation criteria on the basis of the problems derived from the above analysis, therefore to establish the frame of evaluation through verification of correlations between evaluation criteria and analysis on their degree of importance. The last part was verification on the newly established evaluation criteria and structure through actual driving test on the road. The results of this study indicated that there was a significant difference between the existing level of service and drivers' awareness of it because the qualitative factors related to safety and pleasantness to exert impact on drivers' satisfaction of road use have not been reflected. In order to reflect the qualitative factors, it was examined that evaluation criteria from the perspectives of drivers' activity, road maintenance, road landscaping and road information were necessary. This was proven through the actual test of road drive with the use of brain wave detector. The level of service calculated by reflecting percentages of qualitative and quantitative factors set up on the basis of the newly established evaluation criteria as well as the importance of evaluation criteria were found to have a significant difference from the existing level of service. This result presents numerous politic suggestions in relations to determining priority in road investment and establishment of road improvement plans.-
