dc.description.abstract본 연구는 경기도 소재 직영 급식학교에서 근무하는 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 영양사를 대상으로 친환경농산물에 대한 관심과 가정과 학교에서의 구매 실태를 조사하여, 친환경농산물 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 개선되어야 할 사항을 도출하고 바람직한 구매형태를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 학교에서의 친환경농산물 구매 확대를 위한 방안으로는 다음과 같다. 구매자 개인의 결혼여부, 근무경력, 나이 등이 친환경농산물 구매에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 개인의 상황 이외에 사회적 요구도에 의하여 친환경농산물 구매가 꼭 필요하다는 내용의 교육이 필요하다고 할 수 있으며, 따라서 학교급식에서의 친환경농산물 구매의 필요성에 대한 교육을 강화하여야 할 것이다. 또한 지자체의 우수농산물 지원에 관한 조례의 빠른 시행으로 실질적인 학교급식 지원이 이루어지도록 해야 하며, 학부모 검수 및 모니터링 활성화로 친환경농산물의 학부모 요구를 급식에 반영할 수 있도록 학부모 참여 강화를 위한 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.; Aim of this study was to investigate factors influencing the usage of environment-friendly agricultural products at home and school. Dietitian (n=151) working for school food service in gyeonggi-do were participated. The results of study were as follow: 1. Factors influencing agricultural products's purchasing were local products, environment-friendly agricultural products, seasonal products, price, and mass media. 2. Dietitian who were married (p<0.001), older (p<0.001), and highly educated p<0.01) purchased more environment-friendly agricultural products at home. Most frequently purchased environment-friendly products were green vegetables and fruits at home. 3. Dietitian who were married (p<0.01), older (p<0.001), and using environment-friendly agricultural products at home also purchased more environment-friendly agricultural products at school. Dietitian working at elementary school purchased more environment-friendly agricultural products than those at middle school or high school (p<0.001). Most frequently purchased environment-friendly products were also green vegetables and fruits at school. 4. The main reason purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products at school was care for wellbeing of students. The main reason not purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products was price. 5. Environment-friendly agricultural products were used most frequently at elementary school, as compared to middle school and high school (p<0.01). Parents at elementary school participated school food service more than those at middle school or high school (p<0.001). Our results suggested that education regarding environment-friendly agricultural products for dietitian working at school food service was important to increase use of environment-friendly agricultural products at school. Support from community and participation of parents at school lunch program also influenced in use of environment-friendly agricultural products.-
