스키어와 스노우보더 사이의 갈등과 적응 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to find the solutions of a conflict between skiers and snowboarders as knowing what conflict skiers and snowboarders experience and then, grasping how they respond to this conflict and solve it. In order to get this purpose, 400 questionnaires (280 from male and 120 from female) except for unfaithful or unstated ones are used in analyzing research data after questioning around 400 consisting of university students and people sharing the same interest. The analysis is processed by spss win 12.0 program in a computer and the results by Frequency Analysis, t-test, and one way-anova are the followings. First, there is not a meaningful difference of causes of the conflict between ski and snowboard, but a psychological cause of the conflict ranks first among them, followed by an external cause, a general cause, a cause of skill. Second, skiers have much more psychological causes than snowboarders, but snowboarders have higher rate in a cause of skill, an external cause, a general cause. However, there is no great difference. Third, in skiers' cases, females have higher rate in a psychological cause, an external cause, a general cause except for a cause of skill, hereby, it shows that there is a meaningful difference statistically. In an age, there is no great difference in three causes except for a cause of skill. Skiers of 23-25 have the highest rate in a cause of skill, followed by over 26 years of age, under 22 years of age, and it shows there is a meaningful difference statistically. The less experience skiers have, the higher rate they have in a psychological cause, an external cause, a general cause and as having more experience, there is little difference in causes. This result is the same as that of ski level. As skiers are a beginner, they have higher rates in a general cause, a cause of skill, and an external cause. Fourth, in snowboarders' cases, females have higher rate in a cause of skill, an external cause, a general cause except for a psychological cause, hereby, it shows that there is a meaningful difference statistically. In an age, except for a external cause, the snowboarders of 23-25 have the highest rate in a psychological cause, a cause of skill, and a general cause. It shows that there is a meaningful difference statistically. When snowboarders have 3-5 years experience, they have the highest rate in all causes. In contrast, Snowboarders having more than 6 years experience show that there is little difference among causes. Also, as they are experts, they have much more causes of skill and general causes; 본 연구는 여가 스포츠에서 스키와 스노우보드 참여자들이 경험하는 갈등현상을 알아보고, 이러한 현상에 대하여 어떻게 반응하고 해결책을 모색하여 가는지 적응과정을 파악하고자 한다. 그리하여 스키어와 스노우보더 간의 갈등을 최소화 할 수 있는 해결책을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 20대 대학생과 동호인 400여명을 조사대상으로 선정하여 설문지를 배포하고 회수된 자료 중에서 불성실하거나 미기재한 자료를 제외하고 남자(280명), 여자(120명) 총 400부를 본 연구의 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 분석은 spss win 12.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석목적에 따라 전산처리 하였으며 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), t-test, 일원변량분석(one way-anova)를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스키와 스노보드 활동에 있어서의 갈등 요인은 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 심리적 갈등이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 외적 갈등 요인, 전체적 갈등 요인, 기술적 갈등 요인 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스키어와 스노우보더에 따른 심리적 갈등 요인은 스키어가 스노우보더보다 다소 높게 나타났으나, 기술적 갈등 요인, 외적 갈등 요인, 전체 갈등 요인은 스노우보더가 스키어보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 셋째, 스키어의 일반적 사항 중 여성이 남성보다 기술적 갈등요인을 제외하고 심리적 갈등 요인, 외적 갈등요인, 전체 갈등 요인에 대해 더 높게 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연령별에서는 다른 요인은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 기술적 갈등 요인은 23-25세가 가장 높고, 26세이상, 22세 이하 순으로 나타났으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 스키 경력이 낮을수록 심리적 갈등 요인, 외적 갈등 요인, 전체 갈등 요인 높게 나타났고, 경력이 높을수록 갈등 요인의 차이가 매우 적었다. 이는 스키수준에서도 비슷한 결과로 나타났다. 초급자일수록 전체 갈등 요인, 기술적 갈등 요인, 외적 갈등 요인이 더 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 스노우보더의 일반적 사항 중 여성이 남성보다 심리적 갈등요인을 제외하고 기술적 갈등 요인, 외적 갈등요인, 전체 갈등 요인에 대해 더 높게 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연령별에서는 외적 갈등 요인을 제외하고, 23-25세가 심리적 갈등 요인, 기술적 갈등 요인, 전체 갈등 요인에서 가장 높이 나타났고, 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 스노우보더의 경력이 3-5년 일 때, 모든 갈등 요인들이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 반면 많은 경험이 있는 6년 이상인 스노우보더는 갈등 요인의 차이가 가장 적게 나타났다. 또한 상급자 일수록 기술적 갈등 요인과 전체적 갈등 요인이 높게 나타났다.
