종합병원 내 건강증진센터의 공간구성 및 이용자동선에 관한 연구

Abstract

의학의 발전과 생활수준의 향상은 인간 수명 연장을 가져왔으며, 이러한 수명 연장의 결과로 건강유지 증진과 삶의 만족에 대한 관심이 증가하게 되었다. 건강은 개인에게 주어진 권리로서 건강을 위해 스스로 노력할 때 비로소 건강한 생활이 이룩될 수 있다. 과거에는 질병의 증세가 나타난 뒤 병원을 이용하고 치료를 받던 인식과 행태가 최근 경제적 · 사회적 여건 등의 호전으로 건강은 지켜야 할 때 지켜한다는 인식이 점점 높아지고 있다. 최근 우리나라 국민들이 건강에 대한 보건의식이 향상되어 질병의 조기발견과 건강증진에 대한 관심이 높아져 건강검진과 검진 후 건강관리를 위해 건강증진센터를 방문하여 종합건강진단을 이용하는 것이 일반화되어가고 있다. 1995년 국민건강증진법이 제정되고 건강증진사업이 활기를 띠게 된 것은 이상과 같은 맥락에서 적극적이고 즐거운 삶을 추구하는데 있어서 필수적이기 때문이다. 이러한 사회적 요구의 대응과 의료기기 및 의료기술의 발달로 인한 국민건강증진을 위한 건강검진센터의 진단과 처방 등에 관한 사항과 이를 토대로 건강증진을 향상시켜야 하는 공간, 즉 건강증진센터에 관한 건축 계획적 측면에서의 접근이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 각 지역사회에서 요구되어지고 있는 건강증진을 목적으로 수행되고 있는 건강증진센터, 스포츠 의학센터 등에 대한 운영목적 및 공간구성과 동선체계 등에 관해 기존 문헌 자료조사와 사례분석을 통해 가장 효율적인 공간계획과 시설운영에 필요한 건축계획의 기초자료로서 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.; The concept of modern medical science has been changing from the old period which is simple treatment of disease to the new period which active prevention from disease. Because preventing disease is more effective and economical than treating disease. This is the reason that needs to Health Promotion Center at the concept of Health diagnosis. Another reason of Health Promotion Center is to diagnose the stresses and to prescribe an effective exercise and to show the way of nutrition intake in order to keep up the condition of individual health. Through these proper health management, if you would prevent from chronic diseases or delay them, it makes manpower decrease within our country as well as it makes individual and social expenditure decrease. In this study, general understands of operating and examples of Health Promotion Center in our country is illustrated. Then on these basic facts, this study aims to suggest spatial composition and using circulation of health Promotion Center in the general hospital as the result of analysis. The result of this study is as follows. 1. Most system in health Promotion Center consist of the basic measurement, the exercise measurement, muscular and articular analyzer, fat analyzer etc. but however exercise systems are composed of aerobic exercise system. Therefore manpower consist of measuring manager, exercise manager, nutritionist, medical specialist, diagnostician, pathologist etc. 2. The circulation of the visited is separated into examination circulation and promoting circulation. The space is composed to be constant rotation, and the two circulation must be separated in the circulation planning. 3. The plan type classfied bt corridor shape and disposition is as follows. ① The corridor type ② The rotation type ③ The hall type For the small center, the hall type is proper. In the case of the large center, the rotation type is proper as the operating system. 4. In the result of analyzation of the hospital investigated, the difference of occupancy as preparing the area in health promotion center is shown and then health promotion center space is lower than health examination space for the area ratio. 5. The proper area of health promotion space indicates exercise testing room and exercise curing room.
