서울시 지역 통근통행 통행자의 출발시각 선택행태 분석 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서 2006 서울시 가구통행실태조사의 자료를 이용하여 도심권(중구, 종로구, 용산구) 통근자의 출근통행의 출발시간대 선택유형에 대하여 로짓모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 승용차 이용자와 버스 이용자의 출발시간대 선택이 서로 다른 측면이 발견되었다. 1. 버스 이용자는 승용차 이용자와 달리 출근 통행시간이 길면 이른 아침 시간대인 5시~7시에(Pre-peak period)에 출발할 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 승용차 이용자는 통행시간이 Pre-peak period에 출발하는 요인을 설명할 수 있는 변수가 되지 못하였다. 2. 버스 이용자는 시간대 순으로 Pre-peak period에는 생산/운수/일반노무 등의 직종이, Peak period에는 전문/기술/행정/사무/관리 등의 직종이 출발하며, Post-peak period에는 판매/서비스 직종이 출발하는 것이 합리적으로 모형 안에서 표현되었다. 그러나 승용차 이용자 경우에는 판매/서비스직종은 Post-peak period에 출발하지 않고, Peak period에 출발하는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 승용차 이용자의 경우에는 연령이 높을수록, Pre-peak period 뿐만 아니라 Peak period에 출발하는 경향이 있다. 그리고 주로 남성의 경우에 시간대와 상관없이 승용차 이용을 하는 것으로 유추할 수 있었다. 4. 버스이용자의 경우에는 주로 여성이 Post-peak period인 9시-11시 시간대에 출근통행 출발을 하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이는 여성이 주로 판매/서비스 분야의 직종에 속해있으며, 가사 및 육아까지 담당하는 경우가 많아 상대적으로 출근 출발시간이 늦은 경향을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울의 도심권 거주자에 한정하여 출근통행의 출발시각에 대해 분석하였다. 앞으로 다른 권역 거주자에 대해서도 살펴볼 필요가 있으며, 특히 지하철 이용자를 포함한 분석이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 통행시간 대안을 큰 덩어리로 5시-7시, 7시-9시, 9시-11시로 나누어서 첨두시인 7-9시의 앞, 뒤 시간대(Pre-peak Periods, Post-peak Periods)에 대한 출발시각선택에 대하여 살펴보았으나, 첨두시 내에서 세부적인 출발시간의 통행행태를 고려할 필요가 있으며 사용된 모형이 로짓모형인 바, IIA property(비관련 대안의 독립속성)으로 인한 모형의 오류를 극복할 수 있는 방안들이 추가적으로 강구되어 분석에 적용될 필요가 있을 것이다.; The purpose of this study is to analyze the departure time behavior of commuters in CBD area(joong-ju, jongro-gu, yongsan-gu) of Seoul. To analyze the departure time decisions of commuter use LOGIT type model. Major of commuters in CBD of Seoul make a choice for work trip at peak period(07:00-09:00). We find difference between the behavior of auto choicer and bus rider. Elder commuters by bus depart early from home to work relatively(Tendency of pre-peak period departure). But we could not explain that elder commuters by auto are apt to depart at pre-peak period. In accordance with classification of occupation, the departure period of the commuters by bus could be divided. Such as the blue colors are apt to departure at pre-peak period. The white colors are apt to departure at peak period. And people working in the service sector and a saleman are apt to post-peak period. In general, the male daparture from home to work by auto without considering time period. The woman commuters by bus have a tendency of post-peak period departure for work trip. In the future, departure time choice model should be analysis using more elaborate model, such as Nested Logit model, Structural Equation Method. And other district should be analysis about the departure time choice. This study is required more broard study area, more elaborate model approach. But recently(in 5 years), the departure time choice area seldom have been studied in Korea. We hope that this study waken the reader's interest.
