주거공간의 지속가능성 계획 사례 분석

Abstract

Environmental disruption was due to the ecosystem pollution in industrial society which were caused physical, mental health problems for human. As follows recognizing evil of industrial society, we have talked and pursued quality of life and as setting up the real quality of life, we want to have eco friendly and agreeable, comfortable housing. As pursuit of eco friendly housing, it was came out a requirement to develop sustainable design in housing. Sustainable development is a notion of bad effect will be a minimized in environment which is aim at sustainable development in eco friendly. Sustainable development is a eco friendly development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. A study is to set up the sustainable development in housing which is a countermeasure in the long term of a environmental changing. The purpose of the study is to offer information about sustainable design in housing to residents which is related with solving the problems in housing and considering the future housing. A study would like to contribute to design development for sustainable development in housing. To study sustainable development in housing, we researched and analyzed of brand apartments model which will be completed in 2010. There are separated energy efficiency design, agreeable design in considering of health, convenience design, universal design in considering of lifestyle and longevity to research and analysis of brand apartments model design. There are conclusion that are analysis result of energy efficiency design, agreeable design, convenience design, universal design. First, Using of ecosystem needs to consume of the energy efficiency. Water, light like natural resources are based on the using of equipment design so it could be needed generalization design. There can have a balance of energy efficiency if consumption energy is used by production energy using of ecosystem. Second, reduction of environment pollution in air and health of human are related. So they have to make a design indoor planting space and fan control, ventilating system, bake-out to keep up the agreeable which are essential plan for reduction of environment pollution in air. Third, we knew that the convenience design and equipment certainly need for convenient life to get a feeling of satisfaction. But discriminative design and equipment in considering of convenience were shortage, so there are needed more design and equipment in considering of convenience to give a feeling of satisfaction. Forth, universal design is a useful design for everybody, because it is for considering of disabled, feeble person, the aged which means of including general public. It is possible to make a universal design for public, but it is hard to apply obstacle element removal design of universal design in considering of disabled, feeble person, the aged and make a design to increase durability in considering of remodeling. We knew that the progress are doing consistently to increase energy efficiency design as applying ecological design and make a design for decreasing environment pollution. But convenience design and universal design are not enough in housing. So there need to supply convenience, universal space design with equipment design for sustainable development in housing. Environment-friendly design of housing for health is a obligation and fundamental element in the world. As pursuit of convenience, we also want to request of convenience system which is based on the convenience and development of the machine civilization supports the equipment system development. So interior design and equipment system need of convenience as considering the changing lifestyle and applying the culture, trend. Energy efficiency as decreasing of the resources, considering health of human to pursue agreeable air environment, considering convenience as supporting convenient equipment to set up the satisfaction are design for user, residents. To set up the sustainable development of housing, it have need of space design for considering lifestyle and equipment system design to go up a feeling of satisfaction. So it have need of survey the requirement of residents to sustainable development of housing.; 산업사회로 인한 자연 생태계 오염의 환경파괴는 인간의 육체적, 정신적 건강 문제들을 유발 시켰다. 이러한 현대 산업사회의 병폐를 인식하면서 ‘삶의 질’을 이야기하고 추구하게 되었고 진정한 삶의 가치를 정립하게 되면서 환경친화적이면서 쾌적하고 안락한 주거공간을 추구하게 되었다. 환경친화적인 주거공간을 추구하게 되면서 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전을 조성할 수 있는 디자인을 요구하게 되었다. ‘지속가능한 발전’은 ‘환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발’을 지향해서 환경에 미치는 악영향을 최소화시키자는 개념이다. 현재 세대의 개발욕구를 충족시키면서 미래세대의 개발능력을 저해하지 않는 ‘환경친화적 개발’을 의미하는 것으로 미래세대의 필요를 침해하지 않으면서 현재의 필요에 부합하는 개발이라고 정의 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 환경의 변화에 장기적으로 대응 할 수 있는 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전 조성을 위한 연구로, 거주자들에게 주거공간의 현재 나타난 문제점을 해결하면서 미래의 주거공간까지 고려한 지속가능한 주거공간 디자인에 관한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전을 위한 디자인 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 현재 발생한 환경 문제점들을 보완할 수 있는 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전 조성을 위한 연구를 하기 위해서 2010년 준공 예정의 브랜드아파트 모델하우스 계획 요소를 조사, 분석하여 연구하였다. 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전 계획 요소를 에너지 사용을 절감하기 위한 에너지효율성 계획, 건강을 고려한 쾌적성 계획, 거주자들의 편의를 고려한 편의성 계획, 라이프스타일, 장수명을 고려한 유니버설디자인 계획으로 항목을 분류하여 브랜드아파트의 모델하우스에 계획되어 있는 사례를 조사, 분석하였다. 에너지 효율성 계획, 쾌적성을 고려한 계획, 편의성을 고려한 계획, 유니버설디자인 계획의 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론이 나타났다. 첫째, 에너지 사용을 절감하여 에너지를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서 자연 생태계를 잘 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 고갈되어 가는 자원이 아닌 물, 햇빛 등의 자연자원을 이용한 에너지 생산 설비 시스템을 계획하여 보편화 시키는 것이 바람직하다. 사용하는 에너지를 자연자원으로 생산한 에너지가 일부라도 감당할 수 있다면 에너지 생산과 소비에서 균형이 유지되어 에너지 효율성이 이루어 질 수 있다. 둘째, 환경부하를 저감시킨 공기환경과 인간의 건강은 밀접한 관계를 유지하고 있다. 따라서 공기환경의 환경부하를 저감시켜 쾌적성을 유지하기 위해서 실내 식재(植栽) 공간을 조성하는 것과 급배기 그리고 열 교환 환기 시스템 그리고 준공 시 베이크아웃(Bake-out)은 필수적으로 계획되어야 할 사항이라고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 편리한 편의시설을 제공하여 여유로운 생활에서 만족감을 얻을 수 있는 편의성을 고려한 계획은 반드시 필요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 거주자의 편의성을 고려한 차별적인 디자인, 편의적인 생활을 위한 설비계획 또한 미흡했기 때문에 이를 보완하여 편의성에 대한 만족감을 증대시킬 수 있는 계획이 필요하다. 넷째, 모두에게 유용한 디자인을 유니버설디자인이라고 정의하고 장애인과 노약자·고령자를 고려한 디자인은 일반인까지도 고려한 디자인이기 때문에 가장 유용한 디자인 방법이 될 수 있다. 하지만 일반인을 대상으로 하여 그들의 감성을 자극할 수 있는 유니버설디자인은 이루어지고 있으나 유니버설디자인의 장애요소 제거 디자인 적용 그리고 내구성을 높일 수 있어서 향후, 리모델링을 배려한 계획은 미흡했다. 생태학 디자인이 적용되어 에너지 효율성을 높이고, 환경부하를 저감시키기 위한 계획들은 지속적으로 시행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 편의성, 유니버설디자인은 주거공간의 계획에서 미흡한 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 주거공간의 지속가능한 발전을 위해서 편의성, 유니버설디자인의 공간계획과 더불어 설비계획을 보완하여 디자인하는 방법이 바람직한 방법이라고 할 수 있다.
