Abstract
본 연구는 시각정보에 따른 정확성에 관련된 스포츠 종목으로 골프 퍼팅 스트로크를 선정하였다. 이에 따른 대상자는 숙련자 집단으로 세미프로(semi-pro) 자격이상을 가진 골프선수들과 초보자 집단으로 골프 경험이 없는 H 대학교 학생들로 각각 5명씩 총 10명을 집단별임의 추출하여 시각탐색형태에 따른 운동학적 분석을 통하여 시각에 따른 정확성의 원리를 설명하고, 신체움직임의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 1. 운동학적 분석 1) 선 운동 퍼트 헤드의 변위는 시선형태에 따라 백스윙이 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 5.6cm, 6.8cm 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.5cm, 0.3cm의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 2.9cm, 0.6cm 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.8cm, 0.5cm의 차이를 보였다. 퍼트 헤드의 속도는 시선형태에 따라 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 0.2cm/sec, 0.6cm/sec. 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.6cm/sec, 0.2cm/sec.의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 4.4cm/sec, 2.1cm/sec. 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 2.1cm/sec, 2.6cm/sec.의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 1.1cm/sec, 10.7cm/sec. 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 9.3cm/sec., 0.3cm/sec.의 차이를 보였다. 2) 각운동 왼쪽 주관절 각변위는 시선형태에 따라 어드레스시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 8.03°, 8.02° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.79°, 0.78°의 차이를 보였다. 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 8.41°, 7.81°차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.28°, 0.68°의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 8.71°, 9.11° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 20.24°, 0.64°의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 8.38°, 9.20° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.07°, 0.75°의 차이를 보였다. 오른쪽 주관절 각변위는 시선형태에 따라 어드레스시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 3.00°, 3.04° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.77°, 0.81°의 차이를 보였다. 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 3.74°, 4.58°차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.13°, 0.71°의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 3.29°, 3.39° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.69°, 0.79°의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 3.14°, 2.77° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.10°, 0.73°의 차이를 보였다. 왼쪽 견관절 각변위는 시선형태에 따라 어드레스시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 5.02°, 3.70° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.86°, 0.54°의 차이를 보였다. 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 4.62°, 2.81°차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 2.37°, 0.56°의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 5.72°, 4.41° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.73°, 0.42°의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 5.56°, 4.40° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.48°, 0.32°의 차이를 보였다. 오른쪽 견관절 각변위는 시선형태에 따라 어드레스시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 1.66°, 0.55° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.90°, 0.21°의 차이를 보였다. 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 1.11°, 0.07°차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 1.19°, 0.01°의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 2.02°, 0.99° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.74°, 0.29°의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 1.86°, 1.02° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.40°, 0.44°의 차이를 보였다. 어깨 회전 각변위는 시선형태에 따라 어드레스시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 3.43°, 3.17° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.47°, 0.21°의 차이를 보였다. 백스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 4.00°, 3.36°차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.58°, 0.06의 차이를 보였다. 임팩트시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 각각 3.56°, 3.76° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.11°, 0.09°의 차이를 보였다. 팔로우 스윙시 초보자, 숙련자 집단은 5.31°, 4.45° 차이를 보였고, 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임, 시선고정에서 각각 0.92°, 0.06°의 차이를 보였다. 2. 볼의 정확성 어드레스시 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임과 고정에서 각각 5.453cm, 5.752cm의 차이를 보였다. 또한, 시각형태에 따라 초보자 집단과 숙련자 집단은 각각 0.053cm, 0.352cm의 차이가 나타났다. 임팩트시 숙련도에 따라 시선 움직임과 고정에서 각각 2.492cm, 2.973cm의 차이를 보였다. 또한, 시각형태에 따라 초보자 집단과 숙련자 집단은 각각 0.569cm, 0.088cm의 차이를 보였다. 3. 운동학적 변인과 볼 정확성과의 관계 1) 퍼트헤드 변위 및 속도와 볼 정확성의 관계 퍼트헤드 변위와 볼 정확성의 관계에서 시각 움직임일 때, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.30, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.11을 보였고, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.30, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.31을 보였다. 시각고정일때, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.13, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.06을 보였고, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.40, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.18을 보였다. 퍼트헤드 속도와 볼 정확성의 관계에서 시각 움직임일 때, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.01, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.09를 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.10, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.36을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.25, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.10을 보였다. 시각고정일때, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.11, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.19를 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.00, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.27을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.34, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.18을 보였다. 2) 각변위와 볼 정확성의 관계 왼쪽 주관절 각변위에서 시각 움직임일 때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.47, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.22를 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.27, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.23을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.29, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.24를 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.28, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.24를 보였다. 시각고정일때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.05, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.24를 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.13, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.23을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.13, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.25를 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.04, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.24를 보였다. 오른쪽 주관절 각변위에서 시각 움직임일 때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.44, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.39를 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.42, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.36을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.42, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.41을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 집단이 r=0.51을 보였다. 왼쪽 견관절 각변위에서 시각 움직임일 때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.12, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.38을 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.09, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.42를 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.12, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.41을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.34, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.40을 보였다. 시각고정일때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.20, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.33을 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.14, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.37을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.17, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.36을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.20, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.30을 보였다. 오른쪽 견관절 각변위에서 시각 움직임일 때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.49, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.11을 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.49, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.02를 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.46, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.05를 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.44, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.11을 보였다. 시각고정일때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.51, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.03을 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.46, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.01을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.48, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.06을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.47, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.22를 보였다. 어깨 회전 각변위는 시각 움직임일 때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.03, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.45를 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.07, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.46을 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.02, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.46을 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.07, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.46을 보였다. 시각고정일때, 어드레스시 초보자 집단이 r=0.06, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.36을 보였고, 백스윙에서 초보자 집단이 r=0.17, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.25를 보였고, 임팩트에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.31, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.32를 보였으며, 팔로우 스윙에서는 초보자 집단이 r=0.00, 숙련자 집단이 r=0.19를 보였다. 종합적인 결과를 토대로 시선에 따른 퍼팅 스트로크는 숙련자 집단에서는 퍼팅시 시선형태에 전혀 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 곧 숙련자 집단은 많은 트레이닝을 통해 관절과 분절의 동작이 고정되어 있고, 감각에 의해서 이루어져 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 초보자 집단은 볼에 시선을 고정했을 때가 시선이 움직임일 때보다 다소 높은 성공률을 보였지만, 볼에 시선을 고정했을 때 퍼터 헤드의 움직임이 불안정한 것으로 나타났고, 시선이 퍼터 헤드를 따라갔을 때는 퍼터 헤드의 움직임은 어느 정도 안정성을 보였지만, 임팩시 정확성이 떨어지는 단점이 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 이런 단점 막기 위하여, 시선을 볼에 고정한 채 주관절의 움직임을 최소화하고, 왼쪽 견관절의 각운동으로 퍼터 헤드의 움직임을 조절하는 것이 초보자들에게 좀 더 향상된 퍼팅 스트로크가 될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.; This study examined golf putting stroke that was related to exactness depending upon visual information. The subjects consisted of two groups, that is to say, the one was five golf athletes who belonged to expert group having license of semi-pro, while the other was another five athletes who did beginner group to be 'H' university students having no experience of the golf. The author selected the subjects at his discretion to analyze them in kinematics way depending upon visual inspection types and to explain principles of exactness, and to give basic material of body movement. 1. Kinematics Analysis 1) Linear Movement The beginner group had displacement of the putt head of 5.6 cm at backswing depending upon eyes form, while the expert group had that of 6,8 cm. And, the former had eyes movement and eyes fixing of 1.5 cm depending, while the latter had those of 0.3 cm. The beginner group had follow swing of 2.9 cm, while the expert group had that of 0.6 cm. And, the former had difference of eyes movement of 1.8 cm, and the latter had that of eyes fixing of 0.5 cm. The speed of putt head of beginner group at back swing was 0.2cm/sec depending upon eyes type, while that of expert group was 0.6cm/sec: And, the speed of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.6cm/sec, while that of expert group was 0.2cm/sec. The speed of putt head of beginner group at impact was 4.4cm/sec, while that of expert group was 2.1cm/sec: And, that of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 2.1cm/sec, while that of expert group was 2.6cm/sec. The speed of beginner group at follow swing was 1.1cm/sec, while that of expert group was 10.7cm/sec: And, the speed of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 9.3cm/sec, while that of expert group was 0.3cm/sec. 2) Angular Movement The angular displacement of left-hand elbow of beginner group at address was 8.03° depending upon eyes type, while that of expert group was 8.02°: And, the angular displacement of eyes movement was 0.79° , while that of eyes fixing was 0.78°. The angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was 8.71°, while that of expert group was 9.11°: And, the angular displacement of eyes movement was 0.07° , while that of eyes fixing was 0.75°. The angular displacement of right-hand elbow of beginner group was 3.00° depending upon eyes type, while that of expert group was 3.04°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.77°, while that of expert group was 0.81°. The angular displacement of beginner at back swing was 3.74°, while that of expert group was 4.58°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.13°, while that of eyes fixing was 0.71°. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was 3.29°, while that of expert group was 3.39°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.69°, while that of expert group was 0.79°. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was 3.14°, while that of expert group was 2.77°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 1.10°, while that of expert group was 0.73°. The angular displacement of left-hand shoulder of beginner group at address was 5.02° depending upon eyes type, while that of expert group was 3.70°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 1.86°, while that of expert group was 0.54°. The angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was 4.62°, while that of expert group was 2.81°: And, the angular group of beginner group at eyes movement and eye fixing was 2.37°, while that of expert group was 0.56°. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was 5.72°, while that of expert group was 4.41°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 1.73°, while that of expert group was 0.42°. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was 5.56°, while that of expert group was 4.40°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 1.48°, while that of expert group was 0.32°. On the other hand, the angular displacement of right-hand shoulder of beginner group at address was 1.66°, while that of expert group was 0.55°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.90°, while that of expert group was 0.21°. The angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was 1.11°, while that of expert group was 0.07°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 1.19°, while that of expert group was 0.01°. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was 2.02°, while that of expert group was 0.99°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.74°, while that of expert group was 0.29°. The angular displacement of beginner at follow swing was 1.86°, while that of expert group was 1.02°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.40°, while that of expert group was 0.44°. The angular displacement of shoulder turn of beginner group at address was 3.43°, while that of expert group was 3.17°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.47°, while that of expert group was 0.21°. The angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was 4.00°, while that of expert group was 3.36°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.58°, while that of expert group was 0.06°. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was 3.56°, while that of expert group was 3.76°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.11°, while that of expert group was 0.09°. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was 5.31°, while that of expert group was 4.45°: And, the angular displacement of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 0.92°, while that of expert group was 0.06°. 2. Accuracy of Balls The accuracy of balls of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 5.453cm at address, while that of expert group was 5.752cm: And, the accuracy of balls of beginner group at eyes type was 0.053cm, while that of expert group was 0.352cm. The accuracy of balls of beginner group at eyes movement and eyes fixing was 2.492cm at impact, while that of expert group was 2.973cm: And, the accuracy of balls of beginner group at eyes type was 0.569cm, while that of expert group was 0.088cm. 3. Relations between Kinematic Variables and the Accuracy of Balls 1) Relations between Putt Head Displacement, Speed and the Accuracy of Balls The relation between putt head displacement and the accuracy of balls at eyes movement was as follow: The relation of beginner group had r=0.30 at back swing, while that of expert group had r=0.11: And, the relation of beginner group had r=0.30, while that of expert group had r=0.31. The relation between putt head displacement and the accuracy of balls at eyes fixing was as follow: The relation of beginner group at back swing was r=0.13, while that of expert group was r=0.06. And, the relation of beginner group at follow swing had r=0.40, while that of expert group had r=0.18. The relation between putt head and the accuracy of balls at eyes movement was as follow: The relation of beginner group at back swing was r=0.01, while that of expert group was r=0.09. And, the relation of beginner group at impact was r=0.10, while that of expert group was r=0.36. And, the relation of beginner group at impact was r=0.00, while that of expert group was r=0.27. The angular displacement of left-hand shoulder at eyes fixing was as follow: The angular displacement of beginner group at address was r=0.51, while that of expert group was r=0.03. And, the angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was r=0.46, while that of expert group was r=0.01. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was r=0.48, while that of expert group was r=0.06. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was r=0.47, while that of expert group was r=0.22. The angular displacement of shoulder turn at eyes movement was as follow: The angular displacement of beginner group at address was r=0.03, while that of expert group was r=0.45. And, the angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was r=0.07, while that of expert group was r=0.46. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was r=0.02, while that of expert group was r=0.46. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was r=0.07, while that of expert group was r=0.46. On the other hand, the angular displacement of shoulder turn at eyes fixing was as follow: The angular displacement of beginner group at address was r=0.06, while that of expert group was r=0.36. And, the angular displacement of beginner group at back swing was r=0.17, while that of expert group was r=0.25. The angular displacement of beginner group at impact was r=0.31, while that of expert group was r=0.32. The angular displacement of beginner group at follow swing was r=0.00, while that of expert group was r=0.19. The findings were as follow: The putting stroke of expert group that varied depending upon eyes had no influence upon eyes type. This was because the expert group fixed movement of joints as well as segments by a lot of physical training to move by senses. The beginner group, however, was rather more successful at eyes fixing at balls than at eyes movement: The putt head moved unstable at eyes fixing at balls, and the putt head moved stable at the eyes following putt head to have disadvantage of less accuracy at impact. To prevent the disadvantages based on the findings, beginners were demanded to minimize movement of elbow at eyes fixing at balls and to control movement of putt head and do putting stroke better.
