전자적 네트워크에서 지식공유에 기여하는 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

현재 조직의 자원으로서 정보와 지식의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 조직의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 가치 있는 지식을 어떻게 효과적으로 공유할 것인가가 중요한 이슈로 자리매김 하고 있다. 조직 및 개인 대상의 지식공유를 목적으로 한 많은 정보시스템이 도입되어 있는 상황이지만 더 효율적인 지식의 공유가 이루어질 수 있는 기반을 마련했음에도 실제로는 그만큼 공유가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자적 네트워크에서 지식공유에 기여하는 영향요인을 규명함으로써 효과적인 지식공유 활성화 방안을 도출하여 개인과 개인 간의 지식공유는 물론 기업과 같은 조직 내의 정보시스템을 이용한 활발한 지식공유가 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전자적 네트워크상에서의 전자적 네트워크의 품질과 사회적 영향 요인에 따라 인지된 지식의 질과 지식공유행동에 유의미한 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 정보시스템이 도입되어져 있는 조직에서 성인 남녀를 대상으로 서면 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 전자적 네트워크의 품질 중 몇몇 변수들이 사회적 영향 요인에 영향을 미치며, 또한 사회적 영향 요인 중 몇몇 변수들은 지식공유에서 인지된 지식의 질과 지식공유행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지식공유를 위한 정보시스템을 이러한 영향 요인을 고려하여 조직에 도입한다면 보다 원활한 지식공유가 이루어질 것이다. 이러한 정보시스템의 효율적 활용은 조직의 정보 및 지식 자원의 가치를 극대화하여 경쟁력을 강화시켜줄 것이며, 지식공유를 위한 정책적 함의의 도출 또한 기대되어진다.; As the importance of information and knowledge in the role of organization resources at the moment increases, for the competitiveness improvement of an organization, it is becoming a critical issue how we can share valuable knowledges proficiently. Many information systems for the purpose of sharing knowledges of organizations and individuals have been introduced. However, in fact sharing is not that operative, although the foundation to complete more effective knowledge sharing has been provided. The purpose of this study is to derive a device for successful knowledge sharing by examining causes to contribute to knowledge sharing in the electronic network and to provide a scheme to achieve active knowledge sharing by using information systems of an organization like a company or business. It is a matter of course that knowledges among individuals are shared. In this study, it is assumed that there is a significant difference between the knowledge quality recognized by the quality of electronic network and the causes of social influence and a knowledge sharing act. Therefore, I established a research model and the subjects of male and female adults in the organization that information systems have been introduced were asked to fill in a questionaire. As the result of this study, it is shown that some variables of electronic network's qualities have an effect on the causes of social influence and that some variables of the causes of social influence affect the knowledge quality recognized by knowledge sharing and an knowledge sharing act. When information systems for knowledge sharing are introduced to organizations considering these influencing causes, more harmonious knowledge sharing can be completed. The practical use of information systems can strengthen competitiveness by maximizing information of organizations and values of knowledge resources and the derivation of implication of policy for knowledge sharing can be expected.
