재가환자 보호자의 사회적 지원체계 경험이 스트레스 수준에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 재가환자를 간호하는 보호자들의 사회지원체계 경험이 스트레스 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 위해 현재 지원 받고 있는 사회 복지적 지원현황과 요구도 수준을 실증적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통한 보호자의 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 대처방안 모색을 통해 환자의 효과적인 간호방법과 가족들의 안정된 일상생활을 유지하기 위한 대응 프로그램 및 서비스 프로그램을 만드는데 기초 자료를 제공하고, 재가환자를 위한 사회적 지원체계 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하는데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 환자 간호로 인해 환자보다 더 큰 고통을 받고 있는 부양가족들의 부담감을 줄여주기 위해서는 다각적인 분야에서의 노력과 지원이 필요하리라 본다.; The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects that home-staying patients' guardians' experiences of the social support system have on their stress levels and thereby, empirically analyze the conditions of the current social welfare supports and their needs for the social welfare supports. For this purpose, the researcher conducted a questionnaire survey for the guardians protecting their patients at home. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; First of all, guardians' stress levels were high in overall terms. They were stressed most by their relationship with patients or other family members, followed by busy schedule and nursing burden in their order. Second of all, guardians' stress levels did not differ significantly depending on the characteristics of nursing except for the time of respite. Third of, guardians had experienced the support services from the government most among the social support services, but their experiences of the social support services did not affect their types of stress significantly. Fourth of, among the social support services, other family members' support service satisfied the guardians most, while their stress level was negatively correlated with their satisfaction with other family members' support service. Fifth of, guardians had the highest needs for the support services from the government among the social support services, while their stress level was positively correlated with their needs for the social support services except from the government. Lastly, as result of analyzing the effects of the variables on guardians' needs for the social support services, it was found that their needs for the social support services were affected significantly by their satisfaction with medical institutions' and civil organizations' support system, while their needs for civil organizations' support service was influenced significantly by their satisfaction with medical institutions' support service. In addition, their needs for other family members' support service was affected significantly by their stress due to human relationship. Based on the above results of this study, the researcher suggested the following ways to construct a social support service system in order to help home-staying patients' guardians relieved of their stress; First of all, in order to relieve guardians of stress or supporting burden, it is necessary to establish such social support services as dispatch of home service personnels, daycare and short-term protection service. Second of all, in order to reduce patients' financial burden, it is essential to subsidize them and find some clinical alternatives to reduce nursing time. Third of, it is necessary to develop the service programs or medical instruments conducive to reduction of nursing time on the part of guardians. Fourth of, in order to relieve guardians of stress, it is important to extend services or supports to the patients but it is also important to extend counselling services to them. Fifth of, it is important to expand the social support services in terms of quality rather than quantity. Lastly, it is required of social support service organizations to establish a well-organized cooperative system. All in all, in order to relieve the guardians who suffer more than patients of their nursing burden, it is deemed necessary to provide them with multi-faceted supports and services.
