열차 승무원 일정계획 최적화 방안에 관한 사례연구

Abstract

승무일정계획이란 승무원이 근무시간 동안 운전하는 열차의 집합을 계획하는 것이며 효율적인 승무일정계획은 철도운영의 관점에서 매우 중요한 문제 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 계획 작성시간을 단축하고 변화하는 열차 스케줄 및 근무규정에 신속히 대응하며, 사업시간을 균등화 하는 승무일정계획 문제를 다루고 있으며 이 문제에 대한 해법을 제안하였다. 제안된 해법에 대한 검증을 위하여 실제 데이터를 이용한 사례연구를 수행하였으며 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안하는 해법이 기존의 방법에 비해 상당한 계획작성시간을 단축하였으며 해의 성능 면에서도 기존의 해와 비슷하였다 특히, 제안된 알고리듬을 이용하여 승무일정계획 작성용 프로그램을 개발하여 실제 사례에 쉽게 이용될 수 있도록 하였다.; As one of important decision problems in operating train systems, train crew scheduling is a work to plan a set of trains operated by crews for a given working day. In this thesis, we consider crew scheduling problem to minimize crew scheduling time and the deviation among crew duty times so that one can comply with frequent changes in train schedule. The performance of a suggested algorithm is tested on a data set obtained from a real scheduling case. The results show that the suggested algorithm competitive to the existing methods, with significant reduction in crew scheduling time. In particular, a software package for train crew schedule was developed that implement the algorithm suggested in this study.
