BIM 설계방식의 공동주택 설계경기 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

설계경기 심사와 관련해서는 적절한 심사기준과 방법을 제시하지 못하고 있고, 이와 관련한 연구 또한 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 현실은 자주 심사결과와 관련한 논쟁으로 이어지곤 한다. 이런 배경을 바탕으로 BIM 방식으로 설계경기를 진행하였을 때 설계 심사 시 객관적인 평가를 하기 위한 평가지표를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 설계경기 평가지표를 현재 많이 진행되고 있는 공동주택 설계경기로 한정하고 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구의 방법은 BIM 설계경기의 Activity 항목들에 대한 평가 요소들을 분류하고 각 요소들에 대한 중요도를 산출하였다. 분석 결과, 공동주택에 있어서 BIM 설계경기의 중요도는 Cost 계획의 적정성, 구조계획의 안정성과 경제성, 대지내의 공간 배치의 적정성, 내부 공간 디자인의 적정성, 에너지 및 생애주기 비용의 적정성의 순서로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 설계자 선정에 있어서 좀 더 객관적으로 선정할 수 있는 지표로 활용되고자 하며, 공동주택 특성 및 BIM 설계경기로써의 특성에 맞는 설계자 선정과 설계안을 선정하여 건축설계뿐만 아니라 건축 산업의 질적 향상을 꾀하고자 한다.; The purpose of this study is making out indices to estimate objectively with when we progress design competition by BIM system. This study has been carried out limiting estimation indices within design competition for community housing, and the methods of this research are classifying estimation factors for activity categories in BIM competition, and get the data of importance degree to each factor As a result of the analysis, as for the importance degree of BIM design estimation in community housing, the propriety of the construction cost plan is the highest, and the safety and reasonableness of structure plan, design relevance of space arrangement, design relevance of inside space of architectural modeling part, the reasonableness of energy cost and life cycle cost are also high. This study material is expected to be used as a good indicators to select the designer, and to improve the architectural industry in quality as well as the architectural design by selecting designer and design plan good for community house and BIM design competition.
