AHP 기법을 이용한 ERP 도입요인의 가중치 산출 및 기업 특성별 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 기업의 ERP 도입요인에 관한 실증적 연구로서 선행 연구 및 관련 문헌을 분석하여 기업의 ERP 도입요인을 도출하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 적용하여 도입요인들의 가중치를 산출한 후 기업 특성별 분석을 수행하는 것을 주된 내용으로 하고 있다. 본 연구를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구 및 문헌 분석을 통해 기업의 ERP 도입요인을 도출한 후, 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해 비즈니스 영역(Business Domain) 8개, 정보기술 영역(IT Domain) 7개의 항목으로 도입요인을 정제하였다. 둘째, AHP 기법을 이용하여 ERP 도입요인의 상대적 가중치를 산출하였다. 셋째, 산출된 가중치의 집단간, 항목간 차이에 대해 통계적 검증을 수행하였다. 집단간 차이에 대해서는 t-검정을, 항목간 차이에 대해서는 던컨(Duncan) 검정을 이용하였다. 넷째, ERP 도입요인의 가중치에 대해 산업(업종) 및 기업규모별 분석을 수행하였다. 다섯째, 분석 결과의 시사점을 도출하고 ERP 도입회사 및 구축회사(컨설팅 회사) 관점에서의 활용방안을 제시하였다.; This research is an empirical work on the introducing factors of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) for corporations. In the thesis, first, the introducing factors of ERP are identified by reviewing and investigating previous researches and relevant literatures, and the weights of the introducing factors are calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The differences of the calculated weights are analyzed according to the characteristics of corporations. Summary of the research results are as follows: First, after eliciting the introducing factors of ERP for corporations through close review of the precedent works and the relevant literature as well, the factors were refined as with eight factors on business domain and seven factors on IT domain by interviewing ERP consulting professionals. Second, using AHP technique, the relative weights of the introducing factors of ERP were calculated. Third, statistical verifications on the differences in the calculated weights between groups, also between factors were conducted. T-test was applied to the verification on the differences between groups, and Duncan Test was applied to the verification on the differences between the factors. Fourth, as for the weights of the introducing factors of ERP, analyses according to the industry (type of business) and the size of business were conducted. Fifth, implications of the analysis results were drawn. The guidelines to apply the research results were presented from the perspective of the corporations to which ERP is introduced, and also of ERP consulting corporations.
