스크리아빈 피아노소나타 No.4 Op.30 F#장조에 관한 연구

Abstract

Alexander Nicolaevich Scriabin(1872~1915) is a Russian pianist from romanticism in the late 19th century to the 20th century. He is a composer in the transitional era in music history, also renowned as the first modern musician. Scriabin's music barely has slavic structure to it despite his Russian origin, different from compositions of other Russian composures in the same era, and doesn't really follow the composition trend of that era but has its own world with 'mystic chord', his own harmony technique. His early compositions when his pianist career started were all piano music and his works had been influenced by Frederic Francois Chopin(1810~1849), as seen in the titles such as <Nocturns>, <Etudes> and <Preludes>, and gradually showed Chromaticism and impressionism influence from Franz Liszt (1811~1886) and Wilhelm Richard Wagner(1813~1883). Later on, from 1904 which was the 2nd period of his composition, tonality gradually collapsed and harmony became obscure as he got influenced by Nietzsche and Asian philosophy, leading to atonal music. Also, his attempted to create mystic chord and unite with mysticism continued. Scriabin wrote music in which color and tone were in good harmony and expressed the characteristics of color amazingly well in the solos in the 3rd period of his composition, praised for the union of factors from mysticism and eroticism. Scriabin is a composer of 10 piano sonatas, 5 symphonies, piano concertos and many other pieces. Particularly, piano sonata no. 1 through no. 10 show how his music aspect changed. The early sonatas show rich color of late Romanticism whereas sonata no. 6 through no. 10 have the color of mystic chord, Scriabin's unique composition technique. Scriabin who tried to incorporate images of literature, color and dance in his music often titled his pieces "poem", for example, "Poem of Sacredness", "Poem of Ecstasy", "Poem of Fire", "Poem of Devil" and "Tragic Poem". This study attempted to Scriabin's life in which his world of work makes its distinction and his musical characteristics. Also, it tried to examine the characteristics of 10 sonatas he composed in general and the 2nd period of his composition, that is, the form, structure, tonality, rhythm, dynamics and characteristics of sonata no. 4 which started to show the color of mystic chord, as well as analyze the mystic chord shown in this music.; 스크리아빈 (Alexander Nicolaevich Scriabin, 1872~1915)은 19C 후기 낭만주의를 거쳐 20C 전반에 활동했던 러시아의 피아니스트이자 작곡가이다. 그는 음악사적으로 과도기시대의 작곡가이며, 최초의 현대음악가라고도 인정받는다. 스크리아빈은 러시아 태생이면서도 동시대의 러시아 작곡가들의 작곡특징과는 다르게 슬라브적인 색채가 거의 느껴지지 않으며, 그 시대의 작곡경향을 따라가는 것이 아니라 자신만의 독자적인 화성기법인 ‘신비화음’을 만들어 독특한 작품세계를 이룬다. 이 후 1904년부터 니체와 동양철학에 영향을 받으면서 점차 조성이 붕괴되고 화성이 모호해 지면서 무조음악개념이 나타난다. 또한 신비화성을 창안하고 신비주의적 사상과 일체화 시키려는 시도가 계속해서 진행된다. 스크리아빈의 작품은 색과 음이 종합적으로 어우러지는 작품을 썼으며, 그의 후기 작품 속하는 독주곡들은 그 색채의 특징이 놀랄 만큼 표현이 잘 되어 있어서 신비주의와 에로티시즘의 요소가 결합되었다는 평가를 받는다.스크리아빈은 10개의 피아노 소나타와 5곡의 교향곡, 피아노 협주곡, 수 많은 소품들을 작곡하였는데, 특히 피아노 소나타 1~10번은 그의 작품양상이 변화되는 것을 적절하게 보여준다. 또한 초기소나타에서는 후기 낭만주의 색깔이 짙게 나타나있으나, 소나타 6~10번에서는 독특한 스크리아빈만의 작곡기법인 신비화성의 색깔을 많이 느낄 수 있다. 음악에 문학과 색깔, 춤의 이미지를 담아내려고 했던 스크리아빈은 작품에 시(poem)라는 이름을 많이 붙였는데 <신성의 시>, <법열의 시>, <불의시>, <악마의 시>, <비극적시>등이 그 예이다. 본 논문은 자신만의 작품세계가 뚜렷하게 보이는 스크리아빈의 생애와, 그의 음악특징을 논하고, 그가 작곡한 10개의 소나타의 특징에 대한 개괄과 작곡시기 2기, 즉 신비화음에 색깔이 보여 지기 시작하는 소나타 4번의 형식, 구조, 조성, 박자. 셈여림, 곡의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라 음악사적으로 많은 공헌을 하였음에도, 그 만큼 좋은 평가를 받지 못하는 스크리아빈의 음악을 재조명하고, 이를 올바르게 이해를 하여, 정확하고 깊이 있는 연주에 도움을 주고자 한다.
