수변 공공공간을 위한 한강 생태 박물관 계획

Abstract

서울은 2000년 전후로 도시에 대한 패러다임이 바뀌었다. 양적인 성장이 마무리된 시점에서 질적인 성장에 대한 수요가 증가, 이와 더불어 생태적인 관점이 증가, 도시 경관을 중시하는 경향으로 요약 될 수 있을 것이다. 이런 새로운 패러다임의 경향은 도시적 혹은 건축적인 사건들로 나타나고 있으나 본 논문은 그중에서도 수변공간에 집중하여, 새로운 수변공간을 포함한 녹지공간이 기존 서울 도시 구조와 어떻게 밀접한 관계를 가지면서 원활하게 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 제안을 하고자 한다. 녹지공간을 도시에 이식하는 방법은 크게 두 가지로 생각할 수 있을 것이다. 첫 번째는 청계천처럼 도심의 콘크리트 바닥을 들어내고 완전 새로운 녹지를 이식하는 방법이다. 두 번째는 지금까지 도시 발전에서 소외되었던 지역을 새롭게 바라보고 그 가능성을 활성화 시키는 방법이다. 본 논문은 최근 이슈화되고 있는 한강르네상스 계획에 맞춰 서울의 지금까지 도시 발전에서는 소외 되었던 수변공간을 기존 도시와 관계 맺어 활성화 시킬 수 있는 건축적 제안을 하는 것을 목표로 삼고, 대지를 선정하였다. 싸이트는 ‘행당지구’로 현재 지구계획이 진행 중이다. 기존 계획을 참고하여, 인접해 있는 중랑천과 연계할 수 있는 기본 입장을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1.도심 녹지가 고립된 섬이 되지 않기 위해서는 도시와 밀접하게 관계를 맺어야 한다. 2.그런 관계를 만들기 위해서는 토지이용단계에서 가능한 구획되거나 경계지워지지 않아야 한다. 3.더불어 녹지(공원)는 음식점, 카페, 박물관 같은 도시의 일상적인 활동을 받아 들어야 한다. 인공적인 Landscape, 공공시설인 ‘한강 생태 박물관’ 그리고 조경계획을 통합적으로 제안하였다.; Capital city of South Korea, Seoul have changed there paradigm after about 2000. As Seoul was growing in their quantities, the urban also tried to put their focus on the urban's environmental and qualitative and sceneries issues. These new paradigm is shown through urban and architectural event. However this essay is going to focus on the issue of waterfront space and how these areas can interact easily with the city. Methods of inserting of the green space can be divided into two Method. First, like Cheonggye creek, inserting perfect new green space into the con'c ground. Second, Revitalization of slum that have been neglected in develop of city. This essay support Renaissance Project of Han-gang river. Aid of this essay is prototype of how to make a relationship between city and waterfront space. Site, 'Gaengdang district' is planning. As referring to the plan, standpoints that connecting with waterfornt space are; 1. Waterfront space must have relationship of urban fabric not to be isolated island form the urban. 2. To making the relationship, don't make a plan that is determined. 3. And park(green space, waterfront space) should include in general acts; Museum, Cafe, Restaurant
