열병합 발전소에서 수익에 미치는 열전비의 영향 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 CBP 전력시장 체제하에서 열병합 발전소 수익을 최대화하기 운전방법을 제시한다. 열병합 발전소 손익분석 오차를 최소화하기 위해 수익요소와 비용요소를 종합적으로 고려하였다. 수익요소로는 에너지 판매수익, 열판매수익, 전력산업기반기금 수익 등을 포함하였고, 비용요소로는 고정비 부분을 뺀 변동비 부분만을 고려하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 열병합 발전소 수익에 미치는 열전비의 영향을 종합적으로 분석하여 열병합 발전소 거래수익을 최대화하는 것이다. 열병합 발전소는 운전상황, 운전모드 및 제약조건 등에 따라 거래수익 변화가 매우 심한데, 이러한 변화는 결국 열에너지와 전기에너지 공급비율에 따라 결정되는 열전비 요소와 직접적인 관련이 있다. 본 케이스 연구 결과는 동일한 전력시장에서 운전되고 있는 유사한 열병합 발전소 수익제고를 위한 운전방법의 참고 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다.; This study presents an operational technique to maximize the profit of a cogeneration power plant under cost-based pool power market. To minimize errors in a loss and gain analysis of a cogeneration power plant, benefit elements and cost elements were also taken into consideration. In benefit side energy sale profit, heat sale profit, and supplementary fund profit for electric power industry are included and the changeable cost was considered in cost side. But in this study the fixed cost was not considered because it doesn't change before and after the presumption. The objective of this study is to maximize the profit of a cogeneration power plant by analyzing the effect of heat-electric power ratio on it. The profit of a cogeneration power plant is varied enormously by the operation conditions, operation modes and constraint conditions. At last, these changes are tightly coupled with the change of heat-electric power ratio. The result of this case study can be used as a reference to a cogeneration power plant under the same power trading system.
