기존 교육시설의 재생을 통한 교육, 문화, 주거 복합공간 계획안

Abstract

거주인구 대비하여 일정 구역 내에 균일하게 분포하고 있는 초등학교 시설이 인성교육을 기반으로 각각의 시설들이 구성되어 있음에도 불구하고, 그 활용에 유연성이 부족하다. 따라서 학교와 주거, 문화시설이 상호 네트워킹하여 시설을 집적시켜 복합화를 꾀하면서, 지역의 공공시설 종합배치 계획과 교육시설이 동시적으로 검토되어야 한다. 주거와 교육, 문화 복합화는 공간적으로 일정한 장소를 공유하는 지역공동체에 가까운 속성을 기반으로 하는 특성을 가진다. 동시에 지역이 가진 제반시설의 성격에 주목하여 그 환경적 요소들을 새로이 수용함으로써, 본 계획안에서는 서로 다른 성격의 시설들을 재편, 통합, 복합화 하는 구조의 개념 하에 지역민만의 공동 의식의 확보 및 커뮤니케이션의 형성을 목적으로 한다. 아이들의 교육환경을 통한 도시공간의 사용과 인식의 재발견을 목적으로 한 본 계획안에서 도시에 대한 개인의 이미지는 명확하고 상황적인 기억에서 비롯된다. 우리는 아이들의 시각을 통해 현대도시를 새로운 관점으로 바라볼 수 있다. 일상생활에서 아이들의 행동양식은 그들이 직면하는 상황에 대응하기 위한 방식에서 나타난다. 여러 공간들과 다양한 결합과 변위를 제공하는 스파이럴 구조의 구상으로, 복합된 새로운 도시의 맵을 만들 수 있도록 하는 중심점을 흔들어 경계를 확장하고 또한 소멸시키는 새로운 랜드스케이프 연결체를 구성한다. 따라서 기존의 각 시설들 간의 단절된 결합구조에서는 각 시설의 사용자 그룹간의 이용행태가 분리된 유형으로 범주화 되었으나, 계획안을 통해서 거주민들은 자유롭게 만나고 다양한 이벤트와 흥미를 재생산할 수 있는 역동적인 시스템하에서 융복합되며, 각 거주그룹 간의 멘탈맵을 작성한다.. 이는 블록 개발과정에서 학교와 주거, 문화 시설들 간의 다양하고 창조적인 활동을 지원함으로써 새로운 거주 패러다임을 제안할 수 있다는 점에서 계획안의 의의가 있다.; Although primary schools are population-related distributed, based on human nature education, using of facilities is inflexible. Arrangement plan of public facility and educational facilities must be given careful consideration at once. Inter-networking of school, residence, and cultural institution can be a complex, through this way. The complex based on community's property that share certain space, spatially. And the purpose of this plan is a local resident's communication in structure concept for reorganization, compositeness and unification of different facilities, by expropriate environmental element of local infra-structure. A children's educational environment may help us gain new perspectives of the contemporary city. From this way approach we expect findings with regard to the perception and use of urban space. People lives in this compound system, which reproduces a variety of events and interests. an individual image of the city emerges from memory, made up of the obvious as well as the apparently circumstantial A child's viewpoint may help us gain new perspectives of the contemporary city. The manner in which children act in everyday life emerges from the way they deal with the opportunities they encounter. A new type of complexed urban mental map takes on a different role according to the landscape, event program, architectural function, and correlation with the "spiral" concept. The Boundaries of the building between the interior and exterior disappear in the circulation and intersections of the continual multiple layers. Thus, the user group's behavior is separated in a broken combination of the each existing facilities. But, through this proposal, users are mixed in dynamic system, like as freely meet and making multiple event. And they make out mental map of each residential group. This project support creative activity between school, residential and cultural institutions. It will be meaningful for suggest a paradigm of new residential.
