영재교육교수학습모형의 다양성과 모형 별 학습 효과 연구

Abstract

현재 영재교육기관에서 사용되고 있는 영재프로그램의 다양한 모형을 알아보고 일선 현장에서 잘 활용되고 있는 다섯 가지 영재수업 모형에 대한 교사, 학생의 반응 차이를 비교 연구 후 각 기관에서 적용한 프로젝트 수업 모형 프로그램에 대한 학습결과를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 경기도 성남시 관내 영재학급 학생들을 대상으로 질적 연구와 양적 연구를 함께 수행 하였으며 경기도 내 영재지도 교사들을 대상으로 설문하여 모형별로 분류된 영재교수학습프로그램에 대한 교사와 학생간의 인식 정도의 연관성과 차이를 분석함으로서 학습 효과를 알아보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 제시된 모든 영재교수학습 모형에서 수치적인 차이는 있었지만 대체로 학생의 프로그램에 대한 이해도가 교사의 적용 시 느끼는 난이도 보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘쨰 , 프로그램에 대한 학생의 흥미가 수업의 진행 결과 얻어지는 심화정도에 영향을 크게 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 교사가 수업의 적용을 잘 할수록 학생들의 반응도 높아지는 것으로 분석 되었다. 셋쨰 , 설문에 응답한 대부분의 교사들은 영재교수학습 모형을 연수를 통해 인지 한 것으로 답하였다. 이에 학생들이 흥미로워 하는 수업 소재 와 모형 개발에 계속적인 노력이 요구됨을 알 수 있었고, 교사의 연수는 재교육의 의미와 함께 발전된 형태의 새로운 교수법 전수의 의미 등을 가지고 있어 교육활동이 이루어지는 동안 끊임없이 재 투여되어야 할 것으로 생각 된다.; The current programs run by the talented education institutes were researched and for the gifted class, the teacher's and the student's response were compared within 5 most well used talented education models. The results of the applied project of class model programs used by each of the institute were also researched. The talented students of Kyeong-Gi-Do's Sung-Nam city were qualitatively and quantitatively researched. By analyzing the recognition of relationships between the teachers and students, I was able to see the affect of the talented people's educational institute. Firstly out of these results, out of all the talented people's educational institute, there were difference. However, the understanding of the student was higher than when a teacher was applied. Secondly, the interest of the student to the program affected the deepening of the class and this also affected the student's response when a teacher was applied. Thirdly, Most of the teachers who replied to the questionnaire replied as though the models were found by the re-education of teachers. Therefore, I was able to notice the necessariness of class materials that are interesting to the student and the developing of new models, and the re-education of teachers can make teachers able to hand down teaching methods to others. So, I feel that the teachers require continuous re-education.
