외국인을 위한 한국어 복합종결어미 교육 방안

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 한국어 문법 교육을 위해 문법 항목의 제시 순서를 선정하고 체계적인 교육 방안을 마련하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 실제 한국어의 사용에서 복합종결어미의 빈도를 살펴보고, 한국어 학습 사전과 한국어 교재에서 제시한 복합종결어미 부분을 분석하였다. 1장에서는 이 연구의 목적과 필요성을 밝혔다. 즉, 한국어의 종결어미는 종류가 다양하고 대화 상황의 성격을 결정할 수 있다. 특히 복합종결어미를 사용하여 화자의 심리를 다양하게 표현할 수 있도록 학습자에게 도움을 주고자 함이다. 2장에서는 먼저, 말뭉치 분석을 통해 실제 언어생활에서 복합종결어미의 빈도를 분석하였다. 이 빈도를 고려하여 고빈도 문법 항목을 선정하였다. 여기에 기존 한국어 교재에서 공통으로 등장하는 복합종결어미를 덧붙였다. 다음으로 위에서 선정한 문법 항목을 바탕으로 그 의미를 살펴보고, 또한 이들이 한국어 학습 사전에서 나타나는 양상을 분석하였다. 각 사전마다 표제어의 항목 선정에 차이가 있고, 의미 분석에서도 차이가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 항목들이 말뭉치 분석 자료에서는 어떻게 나타나는지를 분석하였다. 어떤 의미를 갖는지 각 빈도를 살피고 그 예들을 보여 주었다. 이 자료에서는 한 문법 항목에 대해 그 여러 가지 의미가 골고루 나타났다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 3장에서는 한국어 교재를 분석하여 문제점을 지적하고 보완점을 제시하였다. 교재 분석 결과 단계별 문법 항목의 선정과 제시 방법이 교재마다 다르다는 점, 문법 항목을 제시할 때 각 문법 항목의 사용 환경을 보여주거나 의미에 따른 통사 제약을 함께 제시해야 한다는 것을 제안하였다. 또한 다의적인 항목에 대해서 설명이 부족하거나 교재마다 차이가 있다는 점, 그리고 문법 항목에 따른 표현 항목 설정의 필요성 등에서 연구의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논의의 목적은 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 한국어 교육 현장에서 복합종결어미를 체계적 그리고 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고자 하는 것이었다. 따라서 4장에서는 본 연구에서 제시한 문법 항목의 체계적인 제시 순서에 대해 제안하였다. 이는 실제 언어생활에서 유용한 표현 항목을 나타내는 말뭉치의 빈도와 한국어 학습사전에서의 난이도, 중요도를 유용한 근거로 하였다. 또한 몇 가지 항목에 대해서는 구체적인 수업 방안에 대해서도 제시하였다. 의미와 통사 기능 및 제약을 설명하여 학습자들이 문법의 사용을 정확하게 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 비슷한 상황에서 쓰일 수 있는 문항을 묶어 함께 학습할 수 있도록 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 여러 가지 의미를 갖는 문항에 대해서는 그 의미들을 다루었으며, 화용 정보도 제시하였다. 무엇보다 학생들의 주의를 끌고 유지시키는 데 도움이 될만한 흥미 있고 실용적인 내용을 도입하는 것이 필요하다고 생각하여 수업 방안을 만드는 데 적용하였다. 이 연구가 이제까지의 외국인을 위한 한국어 수업에서 다루어 왔던 복합종결어미의 효과적인 학습 순서 문제에 관심을 기울이게 하고, 한국어 교재 개발과 교육을 개선하는데 조금이나마 도움이 되기를 바란다.; The purpose of this research is to present a systematic education plan and the order in which grammar content should be listed out for Korean grammar education. For this purpose, the degree of use of complex final endings in Korean has been studied and have analyzed the parts where complex final endings are introduced in Korean learner's dictionary and Korean teaching materials. Chapter 1 introduces the purpose and the need for this research. That is, there are many types of complex final endings in Korean and as such are capable of deciding the characteristic of a given conversation. In particular, the purpose of this research is to help students to learn to express a speaker's mind with more variety by using complex final endings. Chapter 2 first analyzes the degree of use of complex final endings in verbal life through the analysis of corpus, which in turn has been used to put together a higher degree of grammar content. complex final endings which appear in the existing Korean teaching materials are also added to the content. Next, the significance of using the above grammar content and as the aspects they take on in the learner's dictionary are looked at. It was possible to find that each dictionary differed in the choice of use in title content and point analysis. By studying what each degree meant and by showing an example of each, the corpus analysis materials are looked into to see how these contents appear in them. It was possible to find from these materials that a single grammar content had several meanings to it. Chapter 3 points out several problems by analyzing Korea teaching materials and offers solutions accordingly. The analysis result of these materials showed that the choice of a progressive grammar content and how they are presented differed in each materials. As a solution, a method is suggested where when presenting a grammar content, one needs to show the circumstances in which each grammar content is used or offer together, the syntax constraints relative to the meanings. Also, it was possible to find that more research is needed to address the fact that there is a lack of explanation to multi content or that materials differ from each other, and that there is a need for description content to go with the grammar content. The purpose of this discussion is to research an effective and a systematic way to study complex final endings in Korea education by using the ways introduced above. As such, chapter 4 offers a systematic order of presenting a grammar content. This order is based upon the degree of use of corpus in verbal life which provides useful descriptions, and the level of difficulty and importance of Korean learner's dictionary. In addition, a more specific teaching plan has been offered for some of the contents. Ways for learners to use grammar correctly have been provided by explaining the meanings, and the function of syntax constraints, as well as a way to study by grouping similar questions together that can be used in similar circumstances. The significance for questions which have several meanings have been dealt with and programatic information is also offered. Above all, an interesting and useful method has been added to the teaching method to help to get and maintain learners' attention. It is my wish for this research to create an interest in the order of effective learning method using complex final endings which has been used till this day in Korean lessons for foreigners, and help in the development of Korean education and teaching materials.
