dc.description.abstract국제사회의 흐름 속에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 친환경적인 경제, 사회를 이끌 수 있는 환경정책이 필요하다. 지속가능한 발전과 환경정책의 목표달성을 위한 결정요소의 하나로서 전과정평가 기법의 적용이 국제적으로 인정되고 있다. 사용 후의 제품을 신품과 동등한 수준으로 다시 제조하는 재제조(Remanufacturing)는 에너지, 천연자원의 절감효과로 인해 자원순환의 이상적 방법으로 알려져 있으며, "환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발(Environmentally sound and sustainable development ESSD)"방안으로 인식되고 있으나, 이에 대한 정량적 환경평가연구 사례는 국내외적으로 미비한 상황이며, 철도산업에서 재제조(remanufacturing)에 대한 관심은 친환경성으로 인하여 점점 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전과정평가(LCA)를 통해 1차수직오일댐퍼의 신제품 공정을 거쳐 제조된 오일댐퍼와 재제조공정을 통해 제조된 오일댐퍼의 두 가지 제조공정에 대해 LCA기법을 이용해서 분석하여 환경부하를 정량적으로 비교 평가하였으며, 특히 신품과 재제조품간의 이산화탄소(CO2)의 발생량을 비교하여 저탄소 녹색성장에 있어서 재제조품 활용이 친환경적 운영(Eco-Operation)에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.; To assure our competition in the stream of international society, nowadays, environmental policy can lead to favorably environmental economy and society. Using a LCA method is authorized as one internationally as one kind of decision factor to accomplish the target of sustainable development and environment policies. The remanufacturing, which is re-producing technology using by end of life product as raw material with same quality of new born product, is one of the most efficent way to reduce usage of energy and resource. and it is also known as ideal solution for environmentally sound and sustainable development(ESSD). The domestic research of environmental assessment on the remanufacturing product, however, is not been performed widely. On this study, it is analyzed to compare and estimate that environmental load quantitatively by using LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) for two manufacturing progress, oil damper which was manufactured by the progress of new products and reproduced products in primary virtical oil damper depended on LCA(Life Cycle Assessment). Particulary, by comparing with the quantity of Carbon dioxide(CO2) which was occured in new products and remanufactured products, it has ascertained that using the remanufactured products is effective in Eco-Operation for Low Carbon-Green Growth.-
